This is my 2nd visit. The minute I checked into my room.....oh my goodness! I thought to myself am I staying in an exclusive 5 star hotel? Room is spacious and clean. Same also with bathroom. EXCELLENT

Workdesk should have socket as this is useful for business traveller to use laptop by just plug-into socket near workdesk instead of having to use extension using socket from distance

The room is so nice and brand new after the renovation.

Pillow only gets 2 and it's thin, like a pillow already used for a long time. The same goes for towels, getting old. These 2 can improve by the hotel easily in the future.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Check in and check out was smooth in process. Parking free at mezzanine floor.

Junior suite is beautiful and comfortable, with kids room separated from parents with a wall. Would have been better with a full length mirror.

Clean and comfort room. Friendly staffs especially Reception counter. Quiet location. Eating out and shops are assessible just walking distance.

Need better lighting at workdesk as at night lights dim and hard for me to work on my laptop.

The stay was quite pleasant, exceed expectation, at a reasonable price. Staff at counter very friendly and welcoming. Room in tiptop condition.

I like that the cafe was open according to advertised schedule. And the food was superb! The parking was easily accessible despite it doesn't look proper from the outside.

the location is quite isolated from town. Not so many eateries nearby. The name of the hotel is "harbor front" but we couldn't see the harbor view from our room. He he he ...

The location is near to the PORT KLANG CRUISE TERMINAL which is just a 20 minutes drive and a very logistical location for easy travelling.

The location is just nice. We stayed here as we need to go to Cruise Terminal and this is the best hotel option. The parking also provided. And there is also restaurants nearby which good for me.

overall it was a nice big room and had good comfy bed

it not very clean and the noise from the main road is loud and disturbed my sleep
