Very clean. Comfortable rooms. The bed slept well. Lots of space and a kitchenette that even included a dishwasher. Plenty of various lighting, plenty of shelf, closet, and space in general. Every inch of the room was clean. The breakfast was excellent. The lobby was spacious, open, comfortable, and had various table settings and seating for added flexibility. We didn’t use the Wi-Fi so can’t comment on that. The staff was available & comfortably professional. There was a pool but we didn’t utilize it this time.

Young teenagers running down the hallway after 10pm. One room had their trash in the hallway, probably the same room where the teenagers were. The noise buffer could be better.

Very clean. Breakfast good. Rooms spacious and comfortable. They had nice wide chairs available outside, which was helpful for larger people.

We stayed 4 nights, came to give new towels, coffee, once. Air conditioning not working throughout hotel, but rooms were good, and cold. But had many family members at this hotel, it was hard to hang all together in the lobby, as too hot. Pool small, but nice temp. Barely used but by us, that I saw and got pretty mirky.

I loved to stayed it was clean and very quite and big so comfy I am going to stay more often and I love the stuff very nice breakfast very good honest prices is good I will stay anytime at this place Hawthorn if I travel I will stay this hotel Hawthorn my favorite place and I’m going to find out other state to whenever I travel. Clean very organized staff is very polite and the place is clean and very close to restaurants. I enjoyed my staying. I need to find other places other state.

Property is modern and clean. Rooms has all needed essentials (except mouth wash). It is spacious. Breakfast was very good. Staff was making sure that it is full of everything and clean. Good quality of food too.

They didn’t have our room that we booked and couldn’t tell us what happened. They gave us smaller room with tiny bit of a discount in price but we definitely did not get what we booked.

Staff was nice and friendly, the location is near a lot of shopping and eating places. The breakfast was good and coffee all day was a plus! Beds were comfy, definitely will stay again!

Clean and updated accommodations. The location was also convenient and safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well rounded and delicious. Overall, a breath of fresh air for a hotel stay.

The hallways were hot and humid, but the room's AC was great, so really nothing to complain about.

I felt sorry for the young man who was managing the place by himself. This was a weekend when the Dixie Youth Baseball was having a state tournament. The young man worked the bar and the desk without any help. He deserves a raise!

Breakfast was excellent. As a hearing impaired, disabled senior I was surprised and pleased by the accessibility features . Most of all the staff is friendly, helpful yet pleasantly professional. What a treat!

The doors are a bit heavy to manage.

Breakfast was ok. Would have liked some bacon and more choices of fruit and maybe some grits. Also Breakfast ended at 9am, to early. At least give us to 9:30 or 10:00.
