- Central location for day trips - Great swimming pool - Spacious rooms

- Our hotel room (with terrace) was directly under the restaurant. This gave quite some noise until 23:30-0:00 - Should make better use of their own products (sparkling wine and olive oil) with breakfast. There are no options to include any of them. - There is a beautiful restaurant with nice views. Unfortunately, there is only breakfast in your room - There was no option to leave luggage before 3pm at the reception. We heard this a day in advance. From 11 am to 3 pm there is nobody at the reception.

I had an outstanding experience at this resort. The customer service was exceptional—always helpful, friendly, and available during working hours. The room was stunning, offering a spectacular view, and the breakfast was excellent. Everything was perfect. The sunrises from this hotel are simply spectacular, and the room was incredibly comfortable. It was unfortunate that the spa was out of service on the day we visited, and we couldn’t use it, but this didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly keep this hotel in mind for our next trip to Tuscany.

One suggestion I have is to improve the visibility of the hotel from the road. Being located at the top of a hill (with no lights on the road) makes it difficult to find, especially at night. Adding a well-lit sign at the entrance with the hotel’s name would greatly help future guests.

Amazing room with balcony and view over the vineyards. Lovely large shower. The added touch of having your breakfast delivered to your room was great. The pool was cold but the area was comfortable with space for guests to allow them to spread out. The wine tour and tasting was fabulous and only a short walk and Alice was a great host. The wine was of great quality and we bought several cases and if you stay at the hotel you receive a discount voucher for wine purchases.the restaurant had beautiful food and was a reasonable price for what we ate. The steak was cooked perfectly. We can’t wait to return.

Loved the venue. Had a lovely spacious bedroom and large bathroom- ticked many boxes! Restaurant was delightful- food excellently cooked and presented. Breakfast on our terrace was good. We would have preferred going to the restaurant but a small thing in the overall experience. If in the area we would rush back here! Staff were exceedingly helpful and arranged a taxi to go up to Montecarlo for dinner. Taxi was expensive- 20 euros each way for a 5 minute drive. Think they had to come from Lucca .

Just would have preferred breakfast in the restaurant- but as I said a small thing that didn’t hinder our overall delight at this hotel.

From our arrival everything was fabulous. Our very modern room was large with a garden terrace, the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was served on a trolley in our room. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The pool area was nice with good views. The restaurant food and service was incredible as was the wine produced on the estate.

Only informed the day before arrival that the spa wasn’t available. It didn’t look as if the plunge pool had been operational for a while

This is ultimate resort to get away and relax, the rooms are superb, modern, large and so well soundproofed you could sleep all day. Aircon was ice cold. You will definitely need transport if you stay here, not on any public transport route and the restaurant opens at 7:30pm so you will need to lunch out. There is a beautiful little hill town called Montecarlo close by (3k) with great restaurant's Lucca is a must see 25 minutes by car. The pool area is lovely with sun loungers always available. Breakfast was excellent too. I would absolutely love to come back in the future our 2 night stay on our Tuscan road trip was fantastic.

The property is beautiful and the views incredible. The room was big and lots of space inside for two adults and a 4 year old. The private terrace and small garden is perfect for breakfast in the morning.

WiFi wasn't great and we had three days with no Access to it. The staff work certain times and are not there all day so if you miss them it's hard to get an answer. But, when you did get to speak to the staff they were all lovely and helpful.

Breakfast was great, you get to choose what you want. Also very nice place to dine. The winery is lovely to have wine tasting and of course buy wines.

It can be difficult to book a table in the restaurant for the same day. It would be nice if guests of the resort can always be accommodated or enjoy room service. Also a small table would have been nice in the room itself. But we had a room for 3 which meant that the sofa was transformed in a bed. That took up quite some extra space.

Great place, highly recommended this point to visit! Great restaurant, perfect wines!

Not possible to sleep good on the morning, because from 7:30 started bring trolleys with breakfast to each number, and unfortunately no word to say… I planned to sleep and think as this place will be so quiet, but unfortunately it wasn’t! Also , breakfast is not served in main restaurant, and it should to order to room (no eggs, no normal assortment with food) - just cord flakes, chees, ham and yogurt, that’s all 🤷🏻‍♂️

We loved the space and the layout of the hotel and individual rooms. The attention to detail for comfort was exceptional. Breakfast was traditional, custom to your liking and delivered privately each morning. The pool was fabulous and the view was incredibly breathtaking. To add to this the town was quietly and perfectly a tiny delight of authentic Italy.

There was zero to not be happy with.
