Arrived at the hotel around 7 pm and was told the room not ready? A bit weird. The upside was the room was in a quiet corner. Parking with EV chargers was available. Great breakfast and tea collection was impressive.

Some personnel are less suitable for working in hospitality sector. Understand everyone has bad days sometimes but better to find a job you enjoy.

Location is perfect, just outside the Central Station, within walking distance to all the city amenities. Both the room and the bathroom are spacious, super clean, beds are with normal size, super comfortable, there are plenty of free toiletries in the bathroom, the insulation of the room is excellent, so there are no sounds from the hallway or outside. The bar is staying open until midnight. The check out is at 12 am, with possibility to extend it for an extra hour, so that is also a huge benefit. Unfortuately, we had no possibility to taste the breakfast, so I can not talk about it. All in all, excellent choice

Very convenient location for us: easy to reach from the motorway, walking distance to town centre. The staff were helpful. The hotel felt spacious, with very wide corridors, and our room had a massive bathroom.

The hotel restaurant was closed. The car park is not very well signposted: it's tricky to find the entrance, and it costs 19 euros for 24 hours. The location right next to the train station meant there were shady characters hanging around, and you have to be prepared for noise. Despite multiple attempts, we were unable to screencast to the room's TV from our device. The room was pretty pricey.

The hotel boasts a very convenient location, literally just around the corner from the central station entrance. Despite our windows facing the station square, where a fair was taking place during our stay, the room was quiet at night thanks to excellent soundproofing. We also appreciated the hotel's parking, which is located in the inner courtyard and easily accessible directly from the lobby

It was difficult to find staff to be served at the bar. I also had to search for staff when it came to paying the bill. The toilet brush in the very nice and comfortable room was disgusting. Unfortunately, my room faced the back entrance of the station. I didn’t sleep very well because of the echoing noise from people coming in and out.

Welcome staff could not find booking and did not provide any accommodation info, WiFi, breakfast etc. Other staff were helpful on request however Hotel great but lots of poverty right outside, big police presence.

Breakfast was very rich, could have more offered for lactose and glutenfree intolerance, more vegetables like paprika, on top, all in all good. I had a very comfortable and large room after an upgrade.

The area around the train station is frequented by rather odd people and talking at walk when it get dark is was not recommended by the staff, which makes sense. The restaurant had very early closing hour.

The room was spacious and stylish, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning helped relax after a hot day. The room contained everything we could ask for. The staff were friendly. The hotel is a convenient distance from the city centre.

The negatives were very minor: 1. The location, while very convenient, it didn't feel entirely safe, it being next door to the train station. As we arrived we were greeted by someone being tackled by a bunch of policemen in front of the hotel. It's not something the hotel can influence of course, but just mentioning for visitors to be cautious. 2. The hotel advertised sound-proof rooms, which worked perfectly to keep the outside noise away, but we kept hearing our neighbors' small kids. Kids being loud is noone's fault and we didn't mind much, but maybe 'sound-proof' just isn't the right description.

The place was amazing. Right in the middle of everything. The location is great. The guy in the lobby "Aashish verma" was really helpfull and had a realy nice attitude. He even fixed our AC in the night as it was not running due to window was open. The room were very clean and cozy.
