it was a nice stay for the weekend. It was nice that they offered breakfast. It was great to the location of where we were going for the celebration that we attended. I would come and stay there again.

There was not anything that I didn't like. Everything was good for the quick stay. The price was good and the room was good. The staffl was good. Every time walked in or out I saw a smile. They helped when my key didn't work, It was worked out very quickly. I was happy with the stay.

Everything was amazing! We were so comfortable. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was what we asked for and we were able to make ourselves at home for 5 days. We are definitely staying there again on our next visit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is someone tending the front desk 24 hours and there to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very convenient location.

Not enough breakfast choices. There was a limited menu. I would like to see a bit more selection.

Convenient location, very large room. Great kitchenette and desk area with large bed area separate. Bathroom was large and I liked the counter area being outside of the toilet/shower part so I could get ready if someone else in family was using the other part. Staff was very friendly and the facility itself was extremely quiet!!! First hotel I didn’t hear the next room neighbors or something crazy happening at any point!!! Very happy with that. I also appreciated the tipping QR code feature because I never carry cash! Very cool and helpful.

It smelled like dog poop. I get it’s pet friendly but damn it smelled bad! And the floors were torn up from dogs.. seeing that made it have a dirty vibe and I couldn’t not be wearing shoes in the room the whole time. I wish they’d have separate rooms for people like us that did not bring pets! Also what the actual heck kind of pillows were this?!? They were so small and uncomfortable and I hated them. Please just get regular sized actual bed pillows!!!!!!!!

The breakfast is very good!! And the breakfast staff is great. The pool is quiet and relaxing. The rooms are clean and spacious

There was several days where there were children playing soccer out in the hallway, with no adult supervision. Once the staff was alerted, they handled the situation. Although the guest was not happy that somebody had complained and stood in the hallway screaming afterwards

The breakfast is always plentiful and enough. Norma L takes great pride in her work and makes sure everyone has enough and is kind and friendly towards everyone.

The small bed pillows could have been a bit softer but they served its purpose

How nice the staff was. Mike at the desk and the maintenance guy. Can't remember his name. Very accommodating.

Just that we could still hear a lot of the fireworks that we trying to get away from. Otherwise perfect.

The size of the room was wonderful. Liked how it felt like a small apartment instead of a hotel room. They have a Wed social for pple in the hotel which is nice.

The ice was on the 1st floor & when u have 2 go down from the 3rd floor it pretty inconvenient. The social dinner could have been btr then just noodles & spaghetti sauce.

I love the location and breakfast. That's why we've always stayed here. We typically get great rooms as well and at a great price. We were at the end of the hall so I thought it would be nice and quiet. The staff was great and super friendly.

This time our room was TINY. I've always gotten like a living room with a couch. This room felt like a closet. The bathroom left a lot to be desired as well. I didn't like the corner shower although the water pressure was fantastic. The counter was mostly sink and didn't leave me any space for my stuff. Room 202, not a fan. We were next to a room full of children who screamed all night Saturday night and a dog who barked at any little noise.

The air conditioner in the room was working properly. The tub was very nice.

I'm a returning guest and I strongly feel that providing cleaning service upon a guests request should be considered. I was told that full cleaning services are only done every 3 days which sucks because other hotels accommodate guest upon request of these services.
