Probably more 8.5, Simple check in procedure, very clean and tidy room, clear instructions for equipment use. All appliances worked well, good sized fridge and laundry facilities were available also very clean and tidy. Shopping centre with a K-Mart and Coles Supermarket ( and many other shops ) was easy walking distance and the Riversleigh Fossil Centre with a nice cafe was also easy walking distance.

If I was picky I'd say was a little far from the city centre to walk and I didn't see any details advising all shops closed on a Sunday ( but that is more my problem )

There was immediate help when check-in didn't work, telephone was answered quickly and we were brought thru the process with ease. The cleaning staff were very helpful and pleasant our room was well cleaned every day with attention to detail. Fridge was a good size and cooking facilities were great

The room was a bit narrow with not a lot of room for open suitcases. But nothing major really

We had a long day of travel so the easy check in was perfect. We booked a twin room which had a queen & single bed. There was plenty of space. Very modern & new & had a great kitchenette with a full set up. Ice cold air con & very quiet area. The bed was very comfortable & a number of different pillows were on hand.

The TV is too high on the wall.

the room was lovely, clean and well equipped except only one dessert bowl. The bed was very comfortable and having a separate toilet was great. The laundry was good with detergent supplied.

The shower rose is very fine and the water sprays out wide. Otherwise very good. Maybe the body wash etc could have been on the left of the tap so that it doesn't wash out of your hand as the shower hits it. No complaining but would make it better.

The rooms were modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. The automated self check in was easy to use. Using a code and not have to worry about a key was great.

The room was quite small, but fine for us passing through. If spending more time then may be harder. The neighbourhood gave some concern to keep everything locked but we did not experience any issues.

Everything that you needed was available to cook and rest. Servicing was amazing. friendliest staff who went above and beyond.

Tv was quite dated, and maybe needed a vending machine.

great location. Our room had a full size fridge and a cooktop so there was the option to cook for ourselves. I liked the idea of self checkin and checkout.

I didn’t like the fact that the shower wasn’t separate from the rest of our room. Even a curtain to divide the area would have been sufficient.

Very secure and clean rooms, very comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets if needed. Easy self check in, pin code for door, so no need to worry about losing the key every time you step out. Housekeeping lady very helpful and friendly.

Window doesn't open...no way to have any fresh air unless you prop the door open.

Crispness, clean and welcoming after a very long journey. The Shower was amazing. It was great having the AC on upon entering the room. Decore, linen, l loved the green pillows and end bed green flash. I loved the paintings on the wall.

* The black leather armchair, leather had peeled off, definitely first thing that brought attention to my eyes. I thought it brought the quality of the room down. * No complimentary bottled water in the fridge. * No individually packaged biscuits available. * Couldn't find the AC controller to turn it off, l got cold in the night. * The shower floor was SO slippery, l feared l would slip and fall. I put a towel on the shower floor to feel SAFE whilst showering, it caused water to flood the bathroom. I had to use the other towels to mop up.

The property was beautiful decorated and clean. We enjoyed the our stay here. It was quiet as it was off the main road. There were laundry facilities and undercover parking.

The keyless entry didn’t work but thankfully the manager was able to provide us with a key.
