Location is super convenient. A short walk away from the A11 Airport bus stops (both directions), the bus stops and tram lines on King's Road, and between Tin Hau and Fortress Hill MTR stations. Also a short 15 minute walk to the busy area of Causeway Bay. Makes getting around simple. It's also tucked away in a small street, and once you're inside, you don't quite hear the noises from the nearly busy streets. Rooms were quite clean and the beds comfortable. The full bed was basically two twin beds stuck together with one mattress cover on top, being quite spacious. I wish there was a bit more floor space, but we were able to open up our suitcases in the room just fine. Just a bit tight for spacing when navigating the luggage through the room to the open spaces. Having a guard post right next to the elevators for a hotel was a first for me in Hong Kong - I've only typically seen this at apartments. It's nice though, with the added security.

Thin walls. We were able to hear conversations and sounds from the neighbouring rooms. The shower door doesn't seem to fully contain the water inside the shower; we had to ask for extra floor towels to help absorb the water that managed to get out onto the bathroom floor.

Room is clean and looks new, even comes with Dyson hair dryer. There is a very nice beef noodlea, Sister Hua, just round the corner, plus many other options.

The pillow was ver soft and was wrapped inplaatic under the case. The hotel embraces austainability and hence swapped bottled water with canned water. But that means you need to finish the wqter qt one go if outaide.

Well equipped and reasonably sized room that was cleaned daily. Convenient location for lots of nearby restaurants, two craft beer bars, airport bus and other public transport.

Having to pay a 'deposit' on arrival that was the same as an additional night's stay which can only be refunded in 'two to three weeks time'. Why such a large sum and long delay for refund?

I love the Dyson hairdryer. Silly as it sounds, I might return when I am in HK again for that. It is quite new so everything is very clean and well maintained. It has a pleasing decor too.

The mattress is a bit too firm for me and one pillow is lumpy. The plastic wrap inside the pillow slip of one makes it a bit uncomfortable. The remote control of the tv does not seem to work. More welcoming receptionists can give a warmer feel however, they are efficient.

Every time I flush the toilet, there is a smell from the pipes.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location, close to all type of transports, Causeway Bay is only a short walk through Victoria Park. A huge range of restaurants and bars for selection. It’s great value if all you are looking for is a decent size room to stay overnight and facilities is the your least priority.

Cleanliness improvements needed, despite housekeeping every other day, you can still find dust and hair in the room. The rooms are advertised as double bed, in reality this is 2 beds with a thin mattress topping that merges the 2. The physical gap between the 2 beds cannot be ignored and it’s uncomfortable, you need to adapt to it. I can confirm this the case regardless of which room you selected, I have stayed in 3 different rooms during my stay.

Very convenient location, about five-minute walk to Fortress Hill ou Tin Hau MTR stations. Half a block from King’s Road and bus and tram stops. Less than 10-minute walk to Victoria Park. Nice, clean, well equipped room, a bit narrow (but ok for HK standards). The hotel offers daily complimentary water cans, tea bags and instant coffee. Our nini-night stay was comfortable and safe.

Nothing. The hotel met and surpassed our expectations. However, even though the hotel is named Eco Tree Causeway Bay, it is about a 20-min walk to Causeway Bay MTR station.

We were expecting a much smaller room size. It was bigger than those we usually book in Japan, at higher prices. I booked a room with a double bed, with a possible to upgrade to queen. I expected that the offered double bed's size was between twin and queen. It was actually two twin-sized beds. Front desk person asked if we wanted the upgrade to queen, and told us we will have to wait two hours for that. We were happy with the twins, as is, when we saw it. Location is excellent. It's just a few steps away from tram stops; it's midway between MTR stations in Causeway Bay and Tin Hau and also midway between Causeway Bay and North Point; there's a Wellcome opposite and food shops, restaurants and a Mannings either King's or Electric Roads which flank the hotel. Room was spotless when we arrived and on our return on the next days

Location: The hotel is within walking distance to the Tin Hau MTR station. In addition, the HK tram line stops and the bus stop for Cross Harbour Tunnel buses are also located within walking distance. The tram line is a cost effective way for sightseeing and the cross harbour tunnel buses are the cheaper alternative compared to taking the MTR to cross from Hong Kong island to the mainland side. There were many local eateries located on the street adjacent to the hotel and the Wellcome small supermarket chain has an outlet opposite the hotel. My spouse and I bought drinks from Wellcome and store them in the little fridge in the room (most convenient for us). Housekeeping was performed everyday during my entire stay of 5 nights so each evening we came back to fresh clean towels and well made beds.

The hotel has met my expectations so I could not think of anything that dampened my stay.

Everything was great from location to cleanliness. Rooms were new and everything was above expectations.

The reception can be greatly improved from check in to check out. Impersonal and unfriendly especially the foreign English speaking receptionist. Was quite rude and abrupt in her replies.
