The staff went out of their way to meet our needs and requests. They suggested great places to dine and made reservations for us. There were beach towels available and dedicated beach chairs for guests. The breakfast was ample and not wasteful as it can be at some hotels. Coffee was excellent!

The staff at Reception were very friendly and extremely helpful, advising us on how to get to the places we wanted to see. The breakfast was excellent. Our room had everything we needed and the view from our balcony was exceptional.

The adjoining restaurant was not so good but this was not the responsibility of the hotel.

Both girls at the front desk were great! Miriam spoke English very well & was very helpful. The room was very comfortable & view lovely! Breakfast was also very good & the girl working at breakfast really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us!

You can hear music from one of the beach clubs at night. It’s not terribly loud, but if you want to sleep with the window open and hear the waves, it’s possibly a problem.

Beautiful property in walking distance to the village of Donna Lucata and right on the beach. Staff friendly and helpful. Proximity to the sea is perfect. Very well appointed hotel. We absolutely loved it.

I very much enjoyed the peaceful location so close to the beach , the wonderful sea views and the lovely walk into Donnalucata. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Wifi signal was poor in our room. The shower leaked water in the bathroom and out into the room.

staff were exceptionally friendly. location was great, the private area by the beach was a great spot and only a 10-15 minute stroll into town.

breakfast service was a little odd, being served items from a buffet but the staff were very friendly.
