I liked the location of the property. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I liked that the toilet sat high and not low. I loved the breakfast items. I loved how one of the employees accommodated my family by moving our room from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. Everything was great!

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Something different was the electronic check-in window. Nice. Quick respond went the TV remote needs batteries replaced.

Cooling fan was loud. Had to turn it off and on during the night. No iron. Shower room wall had no place to put any stuff on but on the floor.

Location privacy of beds in suite price and quality it was a very nice place to stay I think I’ve found my new spot to stay whenever I’m in Gwinnett

The pool needs to be heated or warmed the juice in the morning needs to be full breakfast needs to serve sausages as well as bacon and eggs not just waffles

Breakfast was good. room was clean. Location was close to our destination

Room needed some small repairs Remote was missing batteries

Quiet location, great customer service, clean rooms..breakfast and wifi included affordable daily price.

That I couldn't visit for longer.

The room was surprisingly nice and clean the only issue I had was with the staff every time I ask for help they looked at me like I had two heads I ask for help with the television as it would not change channels they forgot I had called and I had to call back to get someone to come to the room to fix the TVs I also asked for extra towels and was told I would have to wait till 10:30 when housekeeping came I explained that I would be checking out at 11 and would like to take a shower finally someone help me get some extra towels but the room was great

The location was great.

The sheets were stained and asked the staff to change them. We were gone for a couple of hours. When we came back they hadn’t been changed…. was told they were clean they just had stains. We had to speak with management to get them changed.

Breakfast was good. Nice selections of items

Overall very nice

Check in clerk was terrific. Breakfast options were awful...cereal but no milk, expired yogurt. Coffee was good. Our room was nice but floor had lots of long black hair.

Size of room and the two tvs on each side!! The location was nice and not in a busy spot!!

The pool wasn’t open, but they did say it would be open soon so…
