Friendly staff and very helpful with my needs..loved having a nice conversation too..cleaninless 10/10 the lady changed my sheets and towels every day (who doesn't love clean sheets🤩)apart two days where I overslept😅,the hotel was very known for a good experience (which I didn't know when I first booked)the restaurant food is also really good..I had paella..very yummy😋

The lift unfortunately it's small..I had to live the buggy downstairs..but the staff found a good place for it and never touched from anyone.

Spacious rooms with thick walls that ensure peace and quiet — no sound leakage from neighbouring rooms. The mattresses are solid and very comfortable. The staff are genuinely friendly and create a welcoming, family-like atmosphere, which makes the hotel feel special and far from the ‘mass tourism’ vibe. While it’s not the most modern property, everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained, making for a very comfortable stay.

This place is fabulous. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is elegant but not stuffy. It combines a feeling of respecting heritage but also welcoming the new, as particularly reflected in the offerings in the dining room and bar. The price is very reasonable considering the high quality. Over the course of many years of international travel, we have stayed here four times and never been disappointed. If a hotel has weaknesses, I don’t hold my opinion back. THIS hotel gets nothing but praise from my husband and me.

Breakfast was great ,hot options also.Coffee was not brilliant and not great choices in tea.I am a big tea drinker but no breakfast tea,they had green tea ,mint tea ,herbal tea,so I had to go to pastry shops to get a cuppa after my breakfast at the hotel. Otherwise, no complaints. Maybe tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

Could not fault this hotel. Loved the courtyard facilities, restaurant was beautiful, food was great here.Do not normally eat in hotel we stay at but this was excellent and great value for money.

It was the second time we have stayed at Vostra Llar and it was just as good as before. Clean ,comfortable and stylish throughout, with really lovely staff and a cool laid back atmosphere. The garden area is a cooling retreat from the sun, and the bar and restaurant has a long history of being popular with locals because its always been excellent. The buffet breakfast is the best in Palamós, everything fresh and of good quality. Relaxing, stylish and good value.

It would be nice to have a small coffee machine in the room, and a small refrigerator to keep drinks cold.

We booked a family room (one double and two single beds). The room was very clean, the bathroom was great (looked as if it had been recently re-done) and the shower pressure was very good. The room had a little balcony with a pretty view. The inside courtyard is very pretty and lovely to sit there and have breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The two single beds only had one pillow and wished they had the second (more comfortable one!) that was on the double bed. This is a very minor point but we thought that the pictures hung on the wall in the staircase were a bit out of place and didn't fit well with the character of the property.

Simple elegance with beautiful restaurant and courtyard, perfect for lunch and dinner under the shade of lush greenery. The breakfast buffet has everything you could wish for, so fresh and well prepared and presented. The staff are all very good at what they do even when they are busy, They do get busy too, with a queue of people outside, hoping for a table , the food is THAT good. Very good value for money aswell.

That we couldn't stay longer !

I have been coming here for over 30 years, initially as a child with my parents but now with my wife in our late 30’s. The hotel is basic, but stylishly decorated, clean and with very friendly staff. The restaurant is a real gem though, fantastic food and good value for money.

Lack of parking - but it’s not the end of the world as there are parking spaces around the town.

Staff were so professional and friendly in all sections The Restaurant is incredible in both ambiance and food. The atmosphere is quiet yet alive.

Great bar staff but it could be made more comfortable for relaxation and styled as the Restaurant. The working section could be set up as such.

Restaurant - I enjoyed breakfast, plenty of food to choose from, coffee was great. Room- I loved my room, it was above my expectations. The bed was sooo comfortable (heaven), & the pillows - better than at home :-) Location of the hotel is also excellent, close to the beach, the bus stop is just across from the hotel, 2 "main" streets with plenty of additional restaurants, supermarkets, market etc. If you wish to do some clothes shopping, I recommend Platja D'Aro - approx. 15 minute bus ride. All staff was absolutely friendly & helpful. I also used some beauty treatment - pedicure. This is not done directly in the hotel, you must walk a short distance but it is worth it. Girls are very friendly / kind. If you don't speak Spanish, use google translator ;-)

The only thing I was missing in the room in hot weather, was the refrigerator, to keep drinks or fruit cool / fresh But, not a big deal - I managed.
