The room was clean, the staff were very polite and helpful. I liked that they had a pool table, it was nice and quiet. The bar and grill were pretty affordable and the food was great. There were also other restaurants near by that sells local food.

I didn’t know that the beach side and garden side or on different sides of the road. I booked the beach side but the parking and the front desk are on the garden side. So I had to keep going back and forth across the road. I didn’t like the fact that room service was every other day because we spent only 2 nights so we didn’t get room service nevertheless we were able to get fresh towels at the front desk. The weird thing too is that there are no Tv in the rooms. I’ve never seen that before.

The bathroom sink kept getting clogged but was manageable

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, everything spic and span. I stayed at the garden side, so the room was surrounded by lush greenery and 5 steps from the pool. Across the street is the beach side of the hotel which provides access to a well-maintained area of Seven Mile Beach, with the hotel's own beach chairs, umbrellas, cabanas and shady trees. There is a lifeguard on duty and the bar and restaurant are right on site. Hence the hotel is perfect for a beach holiday!

A door mat to wipe the sand off the feet before entering the room might help to keep the room clean.

Great location, restaurant food was good too and the staff were mostly helpful and pleasant. Overall a really positive experience and I'd recommend it to others as a place to stay.

Not providing beach towels is weird for a hotel on the beach. Also, not the hotel's fault but some of the other patrons seemed like they stayed regularly at the hotel, and they were very territorial about their lounge chairs on the beach, including in one instance where an older lady accosted us about stealing her lounge chair (we didn't) that she wasn't even using. The toilet in our room also had a *very* weak flush.

The location is great and most of the staff is really friendly and made our stay memorable, they're really trying to create a positive environment. The food and cocktails in the restaurant are very tasty, you just have to wait quite a bit to get the food, but we told them we'd wait at the beach, and they told us when it was ready.

We really missed something in our rooms to hang our wet clothes and swimsuits to dry. The cleaning of rooms every other day took a long time, so we had to wait to go back to our rooms. But again the cleaning ladies were really friendly, it maybe just wouldn't be necessary to do a "deep" clean every other day. All in all we would definitely recommend staying here, these are just some minor things that we noticed.

The property is just one crossing-the-street away, which very close. The private beach is just beautiful, clean and not overcrowded. The room was very clean and spacious. AC working perfectly. Breakfast available at the restaurant is delicious (the coffe tho is not great).

The problem for me is the staff at the restaurant. One woman is basically ignoring you as much as she only can. Another thing is that guests of the hotel have to wear a bracelet on arm showing that they are the guests. This way in the whole town we are noticeably turists, which causes situations that I would like to avoid. For example one man told us in the shop (far away from the hotel), that he works in our hotel and wanted to sell us something. We never saw this person before, but he knew where to find us, because of this bracelet. I imagine for solo female travelers it is actually very dangerous. This way of signing guests should not be proceeded.

I stayed at White Sands for my anniversary. I was extremely tired when I arrived and was taken care of expeditiously. The staff was very friendly and extremely patient. To our surprise the room was decorated with flowers everywhere. It was lovely and smelled so nice. The staff even congratulated us by making the bed with flowers that spelled out Happy Anniversary. I'm so glad I chose to stay here. The food at the restaurant was scrumptious. Hats off to the Chef. We went to Push Cart for dinner and was so dissapointed we thought we should have just eaten here. Everything was exceptional!

Super relaxing resort direct on the beach. Everything was clean and rooms are comfy. The restaurant and the bar is directly located on the beach side and offering nice food and drinks. The music is not to loud so you can also enjoy the sound of the sea in your deck chair. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. The owner Michael is really obliging, he helped us directly and professionally with a problem with our rented car. Thank you so much!

Great hotel with excellent service and superb location on the beach. Easy to walk to supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Felt very safe and looked out för by all members of staff. All are very friendly and ready to assist you if you have any questions. I understand why so many guests are repeat guest. Beach is lovely and Long Beach walks are easy to make. We liked to hotel so we opted to stay there most days.
