Everything about this place was simply perfect. The house is beautiful and full of character, with a long, inviting pool that made relaxing effortless. But what truly set it apart was the exceptional staff – warm, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. And the breakfast? Absolutely outstanding – diverse, unique, and perfectly customizable. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Quite honestly, the best breakfast we’ve ever had at any hotel. This was by far the most special place we’ve ever stayed – we can’t wait to return.

Property was absolutely gorgeous, location and cleanliness were amongst the best I have experienced. The staff are so incredibly welcoming and helpful providing a map of town with a list of recommendations and local spots. The room was very comfortable, spacious and very well cleaned as well as being very aesthetic. The provided breakfast was also amazing as well as highly customisable. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning in the future.

Nothing I liked everything

This is a beautiful new hotel with modern decor. The bathroom is huge by Greek standards and includes a rain shower. The beds were comfortable and the space was large. The pool was very nice and included large sun beds as well. The breakfast and service by the staff were both excellent. We would definitely return!

The pool was not open from 3-5:30pm (when we wanted to use it most after a long day of being outside in the heat) due to neighborhood rules about noise during siesta time. You also need a car if staying in the summer since the walk to the town center is too long in the heat. We were able to use taxis but wish we had booked a car.

This is a very beautiful property on the outskirts of Nafplio. The staff were extremely helpful and were always keen to advise and assist. The swimming pool is lovely and cool, even when it was 40C! The breakfast options were very good, as was their coffee. We booked the luxury suite and it was much, much bigger that we expected, and excellent value. Highly recommended.

The only thing I can think of is that the property is in a residential area outside the centre of the city, but that's what you get when you don't want to be in the city centre and want to have parking and a swimming pool.

Very clean, delicious breakfast in your terrace, helpfull staff.

We had absolutely fabulous stay. This small hotel is located short walk from the center of the town. There is ample parking available. The building is new and modern. Its elegant and pleasant ambiance gives a basis for a pleasant stay. The best of the hotel is its staff. They are very pleasant and professional. They arrange for us restaurants and cabs when needed. We asked if they can manage to find a private guide for an archeological site for the following day, which seemed to be a tough order. It was done. We were asked to choose our breakfast menu day in advance. We opted for different options to give it a try. The food was great, service fantastic. The photos on booking websites depict the hotel accurately.

Modern, good parking, comfortable room and nice balcony view.

The management were a little overbearing. Communication was difficult and at times we were made to feel berated. The location is too far out of town. There is NO parking in town as it’s just so crazy busy. All hours and days. It’s too far to walk in. We actually stayed in the last night rather than eat in town. Which was a shame because three town is very pretty with many amazing restaurants and shops.

The hotel is very modern, stylish, immaculately clean and serves a sensational breakfast - very fresh, tasty and professionally presented by the amazing staff members. The location is perfect, just a short walk to town in a very quite area. There is plenty of car parking directly opposite the hotel and the outdoor pool is perfect for a relaxing afternoon swim with the kids. A very special thanks to all the wonderful staff members who made our stay truly memorable including Gogos, Violeta, Maria, Mariana and not least Vangelis for his expert restaurant recommendations and professional service. Your kind nature and friendly conversations were very much appreciated. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future. You will not regret staying at this beautiful hotel in one of the nicest towns in all of Greece.

The hotel is beautiful, incredible breakfast, lovely pool, good location, the rooms are huge and have a nice view and balcony, it's a small boutique hotel that makes you feel quite special and even gave me some candles as a parting gift!

The pool was freezing cold (April). The guy at the reception was cold/rude sometimes but I think it's just his sarcastic personality, most of the times he was nice.

Loved the style, decor and hospitality. True professionals! Would recommend to anyone and would go back for sure.

the bedroom ceiling was open, which is beautiful, but you can hear everything from the rest of the room, which was less than ideal at times. Not a big deal though.
