Andy was nice. His property is in very good location which is basically just a 5mins walk to the lake. All are nice. Heater was on when we enter the bedroom so it was a plus. All are working nicely. I like the lupin were blooming so pretty just like the one shown in the property pictures.

The property demand is high here during nov-february therefore it has made the price justified. And eventho its already full, we still see some people trying to speak to the host, trying to book our room. Andy suggested that we see stars at midnight but too bad it was so cold thus we slept all night soundly.

Staff are lovely, bed is super comfortable aswell and it’s a little bit out of town so it’s a tad more peaceful

It is on the expensive side for what you get.

Excellent overall. But a comment relative to many places is the lack of ability to open a window, instead of using the AC. It’s unsafe to leave the sliding door open at night.. so no option only to use the AC- even though at this time of year an open window would suffice.

Plenty of space and very comfortable. All basic cooking facilities were available. Shower had really good pressure. Didn't realise I'd booked 2 room apartment so, upon learning it was just me, the manager offered me a single room apartment at lower cost but it was in different location... I preferred this location so kept original booking (but was good that they offered the change if I wanted)

Was back behind other apartments so the floor to ceiling windows didn't offer as good view as they might have (could still see lake, but was particularly obscured but front building)

It is perfect! The view of the lake was magnificent. Our room is facing the lake and the garden! It is beautiful and I couldn't ask for more. The room exceeded our expectations. We thought ok, it is a motel so expect a motel type of place. Booking.com didn't do justice explaining how awesome this motel was. The room is so functional. I like how the bathroom opens from the kitchen/livingroom and bedroom! The laundry room is a PLUS!!! I hope you get room 6.

I couldn't think of anything, really. It is in a perfect location. The room is in excellent condition. The view is magnificent. Nothing to say bad about this place.

The location was perfect. Spectacular view of the lake and mountains. The apartment was very well kitted out with everything you could need. Andy went above and beyond to help us retrieve an item we had left behind. We would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing not to like. It was great.

Fantastic views and location looking across Lake Tekapo—no buildings between you and the lake. Staff were very professional and friendly. Came and opened up and put heating on. Great spot for a break between Christchurch and Queenstown

Super convenient location right next to Lake Tekapo. Trimmed grass field just next to the rooms for stargazing. Great to have AC in summer as well.

I was still figuring things out as I had just got off the plane, so having to use phone or Whatsapp to let the host know I was nearby was a tall ask. Luckily I was able to catch the host on property to let me check in!

The bed was very comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. Could glimpse the lake from the window which was nice.

The accommodation is located on the way into the main town, which is about a 20-minute walk away. We were fit and active so this didn't phase us too much and the walk along the way is spectacular, but if you have limited mobility or interest in walking I suggest looking at somewhere more centrally located. Bathroom was well equipped, however bathroom bin was the only one in the room and it was very small.
