The staff is helpfull. The location is gorgeous. The room is spaceous and nice. The SPA is compact, but very cozy.

The check-in process was complicated and unclear. I have received several emails, which were a looking a little suspicious. There were asked to make a self check-in in advance, which I did and it also asked to provide credit card details and I were not feeling comfortable to do so. So i made a self check-in, but I still did not received the clear instructions on how to access the room. It was very hot in the room, so it took some time for us to figure out and adjust the manual thermostats to make a temperature comfortable. It looks like the ventilation system is set to a schedule, where it is switched off during the night, so we felt there were no fresh air. We would prefer to have it working on low level during night.

The location is ideal, right in the heart of Kuressaare. The hotel is clean and cozy, and the breakfast selection is quite good. The dogs were allowed.

It was a bit problematic to find the hotel as the sign displays hotel’s name ‘Meri’ not ‘Ö’. The restaurant closes at 21:30, even on weekends, which was surprisingly early. Additionally, the SPA was overcrowded, as it is open not only to hotel guests but also to outside visitors. It lacked privacy, was filled with noise, including shouting children, and did not offer a relaxing atmosphere.

A spacious apartment in a quiet location with the possibility to use the pool on the first floor

One of the rooms did not have a wardrobe, so all the clothes had to be placed on the floor. We could not use the dishwasher because there were only two pieces of dishwashing powder. The apartment was booked for four people for two nights. We could not afford to wash the dishes only once a day, because there were only six plates, six cups, six forks, etc. There was nowhere to take the garbage out of the apartment, so it piled up in the apartment.

The flat is nice, good size for a couple with two kids, beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is perfect to explore the castle and city center, the view from the balcony is beautiful. We also liked that the parking was very close. Accessing the spa every day was quite a treat!

The boiler was not clean, I had to wash it a few times before we could use it.

I love the location and the view. There was even dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. I loved the spa, it was a great addition and specially this summer when the weather is not good for swimming. Our children loved the pool. And me and my husband enjoyed saunas.

For a longer stay, you need to bring extra toilet paper, towels and maybe kitchen towels, etc.

It’s in a perfect place with a perfect view. It was clean and everything needed for a longer stay is there. Bed was comfortable.

It was overall clean but some things could be changed, some tiles in the bathroom for example. Couch wasn’t very comfortable! Also when I asked what time the spa is open the receptionist told me from 9-21. I was very disappointed when on my last day I went to the spa at 9am to see that the sauna part only opens at 17 o’clock. She should’ve mentioned that because one of the reasons I came to the spa were the different spas and I couldn’t even use them.

Very good spacious and clean appartment. We got everything we needed - towels (for rooms and spa), robes. Staff is friendly and reacts to your questions promptly. Spa is also nice, though spa zone only opens at 5pm on weekdays, but it is very big and nice. Location is perfect - and the view from balcony is amazing!

The only misalignment was that when we came the room they gave was was not clean. But then they very quickly gave us another room, so no worries there.

Sauna inthe bathroom was just fantastic! View through windows very nice. Good saunas in spa area. Too crowdy though.

Coffee machine is either too outdated or too specific - we could not get coffee pads compatible - should be global brand coffee maker like nespresso or dolce gusto. Smell i the coridor was not pleasant, shoukd be improved. Party inthe restaurant and music was just terrible experience the last night- which was btw the most expensive one. Son literally was jumping offf the pillow half of the night.

Great location, private entrance. Friendly staff at the reception. Apartment is really cozy and looks like in the photos. Clean and spacious. Kitchen area has kitchen stove, fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher. If you add a microwave, it will be perfect. Big windows and view is beautiful. Spa access is included in the price.

Noisy fridge; pillows a bit uncomfortable. Bathroom itself (floors, sink, mirrors) was very clean, but there was someone’s hair in the bathroom drain which was really disgusting.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at Seaside Suites and Spa! We stayed at the apartment which was spaceous, clean and equiped with necessary things for comfortable stay. And the view from the balcony is excellent. Spa center also offers a lot possibilities to relax and enjoy your time. Hotel has also good restaurant with delicious food and breakfast choice is also excellent for every taste. Definately reccomend staying there.
