Arensburg's spa offers a peaceful accommodation, including SPA with a small indoor pool, saunas, massage and beauty treatments - (I did not use). Breakfast is served buffet-style, included bacon, eggs variety, sausages, meatballs, porridge, pancakes, yoghurt, sandwich material etc + Coffee and refreshing drinks. Acommodation : Rooms are both modern design and classic rooms. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Some rooms are located in the historic section, others in the modern wing - I was staying in historic section. Room was spacious and had minibar option.

The spa area is small and some pool amenities did not work. I did not find any other minuses :)

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the friendly and professional staff to the well-designed rooms. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel's restaurant exceeded all expectations with its high-quality food and excellent service. The location couldn't be better—close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The spa was a wonderful bonus, offering a truly relaxing experience. Overall, a fantastic hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only small downside is that in the historic rooms, the windows don’t open, and it can feel a bit chilly at first. However, the room warms up over time, and the heated bathroom floor adds extra comfort.

The hotel is great and is conveniently located for the town centre and castle. The spa is small, but it's nice. The restaurant was really good value for money and I would say one of the best restaurants in the area.

The room was incredibly noisy (204) as it is located directly above the lobby, and the walls must be pretty thin. Despite there being a hotel policy of no noise after 23:00, we were kept awake until 5:00 by drunken guests and their screaming kids running running down the halls. It's not entirely the hotel's fault for their guests' behaviour, so I've not factored it into my overall rating. Just be warned.

Loved the spa and bubbles/jets, massage therapy, restaurant food was amazing, breakfast great and catered fur gluten free and vegan/vegetarian, atmosphere lovely, one night live show from a well known Estonian cellist and her family, staff lovely and good English spoken, close walk to town and not far from airport. Bed very comfortable. We asked for an early check in and for our 2 rooms to be close together and were able to accommodate our needs. Loved the character of the hotel old and new - we played board games/cards in the old entrance area.

We were in the old part of hotel so only a roof light as a window in room 15 so the room was a bit dark. No air conditioning but a quiet fan was provided which I had on at night due to it being warm (they were installing air conditioning in the hotel when we were there so maybe it is due to have it). Everything wise perfect.

I was expecting a normal sized room as I'm travelling alone. But they gave me a large suite complete with kitchen, sitting room, bedchamber and bathroom with a sauna! Excellent value indeed. Excellent free breakfast included.

Slight confusion at the beginning as this suite was located next door above a restaurant. The spa including massage rooms had to be accessed by walking outside for about 50 meters. But this was easy to overcome.

The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with our every request. The spa treatments exceeded expectations and were very affordable. As we travelled during the low season, we had the spa facilities all to ourselves on both days, which was amazing. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, and our rooms were next to each other, as requested. The location of the hotel was also ideal and close to the sea & castle.

The only downside of our stay was that the spa facilities were quite chilly, and on one day, the hot tub was not heated at all. Considering that our stay was in the middle of the cold Estonian winter, however, it is understandable, and we always had the option to pop into the sauna for a bit.

Room was nice and had space. I loved the bath and comfortable chairs. Skylight was also lovely. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was a bit away from the wall, so it was a bit uncomfortable to lean there. The women shower in Spa section smelled of urine. Several jacuzzis didn't work. Also it's a pity that there weren't any more joint saunas than the infrared sauna. The breakfast tables were cleaned only after the people had left.

Spa was small but relaxing once the kids left. There was no music, just quiet. Breakfast was good. Room was very cozy and comfortable. Plenty of drinks in the mini bar. Big TV. Possible to open window, use a radiator and a fan to regulate temperature and humidity.

Mostly accessible with elevator but still had to use stairs a lot. Would have been good to know that reception is not at the main enterance (from the street), but from the courtyard (the parkinglot).

The spa was super nice and the service was also outstanding. Different procedures and they all were fantastic! In the breakfast, we had a wide variety of options. The food and the coffee were tasteful. The room was spacious and with all the necessary amenities. As it is a boutique hotel, I felt the vibe of it like the posters from the great La Scala theatre.

The room was too hot and the AC was difficult to manage. When going in the late breakfast there could be a chance that something has been eaten.

A nice hotel in the centre of Kuressaare and very close to the castle. There was parking right next to the hotel. The breakfast was very good. We didn't use the spa, so can't comment on that.

We were staying in one of the ''historic'' rooms which was completely fine, but there was only one roof window which was so high we had to climb on the bed to open it. We are tall, so it was no problem, but for a shorter and more senior person this could be a problem.
