I liked the quiet, peaceful location. Rooms we clean and well equipped. The location was great for short evening walk to the restaurants in the city. Breakfast was very satisfactory.

The air condition machine in the room, and we spent nights in Superior room and a Suite didn't really cool down the room and when it was working even with minimal fan setting it kept a loud noise. This was when outdoor temperatures were around 18-20C and inside the room it was like 23.5C and not able to cool down to 21.5C or less for the night time (closest was 22.5). What it would be when it is 30C outside. Maybe our both rooms towards the evening sun were just bad luck. Smaller problem was that it was not possible to use the TV for sharing the screen from a smart phone wirelessly or with a cable, since access to the HDMI connectors was blocked.

We truly enjoyed our vacation in Saaremaa, and the hotel played a big part in making it a wonderful experience. The SPA and swimming pools were excellent. Breakfast wasn’t very varied, but it included all the essential dishes. The kids’ play corner, although not very big, was really nice and our children had a great time there. We also appreciated the spacious room with a large, comfortable bed.

There were some small details missing that usually create a sense of care. For example, complimentary bottled water in the room or a small welcome gesture from the hotel.

The biggest disappointment initially was to find out the child's bedding was put on the floor (the reservation was 2 adults + two kids). I had never seen such approach before. Actually, the kids loved such setting, but from the hygiene point of view and taking into account that in this case to room basically did not have any free space to put luggage and move around, I asked to change the room. Luckily the hotel had a Family room available and with a reasonable extra payment we moved there.

Location is very nice for walking near the sea and to the central part of the town. SPA area is pretty good, several different saunas and pools. Possibility to get spa-treatments is a plus.

Room was quite dusty especially under the bed, seemed like nobody cleaned there for weeks. After opening the window all that dust started flying around the room. Massage that I got was very unprofessional (barely felt any pressure at all). But at the same my husband was very satisfied with the massage he got from another older lady.

It was clean and quiet and had lovely spa accommodations, like saunas and pools. The restaurant was very good as well. The castle and moat are fantastic.

There was some construction on the property which interfered with the sea view from our room. We had to opt for a room without a balcony, which was a disappointment. Also, I had no idea there were other hotels in the vicinity which also seemed very nice.

The breakfast was very good, tasty and fresh, with almost no pre-prepared food. Very pleasant and responsive staff. The parking offers 2 electric car chargers with 10kW at a very low price. The SPA zone was clean, with a lot of different facilities. The room was very clean and stylish, very good quality furniture and bathroom with warm mirror - everything was very comfortable. The beds had 2 different pillows per person. The restaurant serves really delicious food.

One has to register for treatments at least 24 hours in advance as most of the spots are instantly booked.

Super helpful staff and nice choices for breakfast (lots of local produce, try the strawberry jam with pancakes). The view from our balcony was nice. It is walking distance to the castle and beach. The hotel restaurant had excellent food and fresh raspberry-lemon lemonade. Free parking outside the hotel. The rooms had a very nice ambience and design, as well as quality building materials. For readers there was nice lighting around the bed.

Same as with another hotel in Estonia, the airconditioning was not sufficient to keep the room cool, it was just circulating the air. We received an extra fan from the reception, but for myself I would really need proper airconditioning for it to be comfortable. It was around 26°C in the room during the day and only slightly cooler in the night. Outside temperatures was over 27°C.

Great place to stay. The Spa is very nice. The breakfast is extensive with fruit, sweet and savory items. Excellent coffee from three self-service Swiss coffee machines so never a queue. Easily walk to the centrum and to the castle. We had a very relaxing 3 night stay. For us sort of a vacation after 2 months in Europe with one to go before returning home to the USA.

Sometimes we had problems connecting to the internet. We were in 408 and if we went out in the Baal it would connect and we could then return to our room.

We have been traveling to this hotel at least once a year for the last 10 years. The quality is wonderful. Everything. We appreciate the silence in the hotel, the privacy and the spa services the most. The atmosphere in the restaurant in the evening is nice. The breakfast is excellent.

The hotel has thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and professional, and they made our stay perfect. We had flight times on odd hours and they managed to welcome us earlier than the regular check-in time. That gave us extra time to enjoy their delicious restaurant and spa. Will come again soon. And greetings to their housekeeping staff who appear to be stepping out from the scene of a movie - they are super friendly and cute. Much recommend.
