The location is great, in the middle of town. The staff was very friendly, massages were good ( thank you, Kristi!), the spa has several different saunas. Resto was occupied with big group, so I had my dinners out in the town.

I am not quite sure that combining spa with humid air and all spa treatments in one space is wise. I like spas and travel a lot, I don't recon any other spas where there is no access to the beauty spa procedures other than through pool area.. Maybe could be wise to consider and open additional cabinets upstairs, for "dry" clients? Thank you!

The hotel is impressive, although mostly inside. Superb personnel, nice design, good food. We were delighted especially with saunas - they are really worth paying a visit! The entire spa center deserves to be visited anyway. The hotel generally doesn't offer its own parking spaces, but you can easily find many of them at the local carpark just opposite the hotel (behind the post-Soviet block of flats).

The window between the sleeping part of the room and the bathroom is really an original idea, but can cause some inconvenience, especially if someone uses the WC at night and turns on the light - it immediately gets too bright all around.

The SPA area had everything you needed - various saunas, a pool, and a bar. Breakfast was delicious but nothing extraordinary. We also liked the SPA rituals which are offered freely to anyone but the guide speaks in Estonian. Overall, great value for the money.

The rooms and beds are worn out and require renovation. I wouldn't recommend booking a room on the 1st floor due to privacy concerns. Keep in mind that the parking space is for max. 10-12 cars so if you arrive later there won't be any spot left. One critical issue with room keys is that they are heavy and you need to bring them with you when going to the SPA. People not staying in the hotel get a chip bracelet to enter the SPA which would be much more convenient.

Lots of different saunas. Cold pool next to the hottest sauna. Great breakfast and great bar food available from the spa bar. Their own restaurant is a very cozy stone cellar place, it's a nice atmosphere for both breakfast and dinner. Lighting in the spa not too bright, but more on the darker atmosphere side overall, which is a good thing for a spa. The main pool has several streams. Saunas very modern and all have their own unique design - the nicest collection of saunas I've seen so far in Estonia.

A system with key wrist bands for a locker as a hotel guest would have been very good really. We had to bring the room key with us to the spa and keep it in a bathrobe pocket. While I think the risk for theft is probably non-existent in this place, it increases the risk for it getting lost, like if someone takes your bathrobe by accident. Lighting could have been darker overall in the spa, especially in the main room. Smoothies in the bar would have been nice.

The breakfast was rich and satisfying, with a wide array of options to choose from. A room was clean and personnel were kind and welcoming.

We missed a hair conditioner at the room after pool visits, there was available only an all purpose shampoo and SPA was pretty crowdie with plenty of small kids, which is good for families, maybe less suitable for couples looking to relax.

Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. A wonderful restoran with tasty food. Good location. No problem with parking in the area. Clean and good SPA. Very pleasant stay. Thank you, Grand Rose Spa and Saaremaa island! Recommend.

There are no slippers in the rooms. Not a big tragedy, but worth mentioning.

A beautiful hotel with great location. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Finding a parking place somewhere near for the car was a bit exciting, but managed that every time. Between 9-17 had to reschedule the parking disc every two hours. But if you intend to spend the day driving around, that's no problem.

The rooms for breakfast in the cellar were nice. Breakfast was good, warm bread and smoked salmon every day. The best thing about the room: there was plenty of space. Had a view to the pools in the spa.

SPA is large and rich with quite many options. Very comfortable during the week as there is less people nice food at the restaurant and same options are available by the pool (nice drinks as well) Some massages were very nice (head/shoulder Indian style) helpful staff

Breakfast is ok but gets too limited after 2-3 days. It gets crowdy on weekends overall (all included) prices are not cheap

Clean, very comfortable, good staff, SPA is very good, good breakfast. Location is in the heart of city centre. Good hotel for the suggested price.

Unusual was the window in the toilet room. In SPA was a lot of families with children. Its better to come there on evenings, if you like less people.

Breakfast was wonderful, very good selection. Also the restaurant offers delicious food. Spa area is beautiful and convenient. Staff very friendly, room is clean and also very comfortable and free parking available.

Avoid the rooms on the ground floor facing the spa area. People pass your window even late at night as it seems to be a short cut to the parking lot and disturbs your privacy. The hotel should close this short cut.
