1. The breakfast options were healthy and wholesome with sufficient variety to suit all tastes across the globe. 2. The staff in F&B, Front desk and housekeeping were courteous, attentive, prompt, caring and innovative. 3. Safety of guests and property was obviously of a high standard.

The cutlery in Latitude is of a design that makes the knives and forks, in particular, slither off the plate if one is not careful to place them with their centre of gravity within the plate. This often results in the twisted handle touching the food and a messy experience. Similar cutlery was purchased by a premium residential club in Mumbai a few years ago, but had to be replaced very quickly.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff were incredibly sweet, responsive, and always helpful with a smile on their faces which truly made me feel at home, especially as a solo traveler. One thing I particularly appreciated was the bed in my room. It wasn't overly soft, which was perfect, as a softer mattress could have caused lower back pain after hours of driving. The firmness offered just the right support. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely return on my next visit to Pune. A big thank you to the entire team for your warmth, hard work, and lovely service. Keep it up I truly appreciate it!

Honestly, there’s nothing I didn’t like no complaints at all! The hotel is very well maintained, and the rooms are clean and up to the mark, even after being 20 years old (as one of the staff mentioned). I’m genuinely very happy with my stay. Great job to the entire team!

The hotel was absolute value for money, clean, neat comfortable with good ambiance, not too much fluff but still the decor was rich around the lobby, with a bright pool side, lots of seating for a business meeting over a drink or tea. Looks of greenery and security. The staff were very helpful. Good location Breakfast had a good variety of continental and indian options. While the venue was bright and fresh with good service, the live music in the background was loud which made it difficult to have a conversation and was disruptive to the calmness one needs in the morning.

Nothing really not to like

The staff is the highlight of this hotel. The combination of professionalism with genuine warmth always makes me feel like I am coming back home. Three staff in particular stand out: 1. Shehnaz (front desk staff) 2. Chetan (accommodation manager) 3. Chetan (Latitude restaurant staff) These three were exceptional: thoughtful, going beyond the call of duty. Blue diamond is lucky to have them. I hope they realise it.

Facilities were a bit old-- The housekeeping staff is just OK (not at the same level as the front desk staff)

People makes this place and experience exceptional. Excellent Hospitality. You are greeted everyday by the hotel personnel. Latitude personnel Bablu, Bina, Nilesh and Charles ensured that food is served on time. They offered local delicacies to try them out. Latitude breakfast Buffett variety included South, North Indian to European style food. Discovered new culture and cuisine. House keeping staff Narayan ensured that the rooms are kept clean everyday. Overall, my stay in Blue Diamond, Pune is excellent.

We recently stayed at the Blue Diamond hotel in Pune and were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service. The hospitality was outstanding, and our room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious flavors and a wide range of options. Special thanks to Nilesh, Chetan, and Charles from Latitude for their attentive service and recommendations. They ensured we experienced the best of the hotel's offerings. We look forward to returning on our next trip.

The highlight of the hotel was the staff, smiling faces and great service all around. We were upgraded on the rooms and they were excellent. I remember visiitng the Diamond during college and it brought back great memories. The breakfast spread was excellent and the choices were widespread, from continental to local Pune delicacies. A place I would surely like to visit again....once again a big Hurray to the staff on duty. KEEP IT UP!!!

Nothing not to like, love to see that the service sector in Pune has changed for the best. Also, cant compare the property to other newer hotels in the area, the Diamond has a charm of its own. Cheers

Breakfast was excellent. Staff generally very friendly and helpful. Saeed at the bar was outstanding.

Bath towels and napkins were not replaced - I had to call for them twice. The spa was unsatisfactory: (1) I had to wait in the changing room (!) for 15 minutes; (2) the staff at the spa is not well trained at all. They should explain what they are doing; what oils are used; how the steam bath works.

Blue Diamond serves full breakfast with plenty of options for all tastes. The live station can make eggs to order, make dosa/uttapa/paratha etc to order. The staff at the restaurant will make you feel at home and I mean this in the nicest possible way ;) There are two more food options with Mystic Masala serving authentic Marathi (local) food and Bamboo house for Oriental. Both are very good. In general, this hotel should take pride in its staff. They simply bend backwards to serve you at all times. It's just exceptional.

The rooms can do with some upgrading. Although they have this classic charm, it's time for refurnishing because some of the other hotels nearby (Conrad, Sheraton etc) have significantly upgraded rooms and the room tariff is not that high there. However, given the outstanding service, I would prefer Blue Diamond just for their staff.

F&B Staff are very good. Chef took care of all requirements. Enjoyed the food. Ambience has old world charm. Even housekeeping staff were very prompt & good. For an old property, its well maintained.

I stayed in 522. Room flooring was puffy.....so made it uneven. You should further reduce plastic use for toiletries. Have dispenser for shampoo & shower gel, handwash.
