Great value for money, large room, clean, quiet and nice area. Angel from the Front Desk was particularly nice and helpful. We initially got a one-bedroom suite, but after not a great trip (lost luggage, delayed flight etc), we went to our room and weren't too happy with the sofa bed, we would have had to go to the Front Desk anyway to get bedding etc, but then we decided to ask to pay for a bigger room. Angel switched our rooms and gave us the upgrade for free. We had a lovely two-bedroom suite and were very happy with it. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large refrigerator, nice sitting area and high table, kitchenette etc. Very happy. We didn't have breakfast there, but popped in every morning to get coffee and the breakfast looked pretty good. We wanted to eat out, hence why we didn't eat there, but it looked good. Beds were super comfortable, we slept really well there.

Maybe I missed reading it somewhere, but there was no housekeeping during our stay, so I assume they only prepare the rooms for check-in but not during the stay. There is no safe in the room.

Best breakfast options hands down for any hotel I have stayed at in DFW. It is one of the main reasons I come back here. I also like the room layouts. With one bed you have a living room area along with a full fridge, microwave and two burner glasstop stove. A two queen bed has two seperate rooms with bathrooms for each one. Great setup.

The location was great as it's near two plazas that offer fast food and groceries. Prices when booked online are slightly cheaper & different than those in person, however it may vary. Amenities were great for the price.

Unfortunately the cable tv wasn't working in the room I was assigned to however in previous instances it was working. Unsure if it was due to an outage or possible malfunction but it served what I needed; catch some zzzs, shower, and keep driving on the following day.

Clean room. We were able to check in early which was nice. Felt safe in the facility. Coffee was good and complimentary. Great value for 2BR suite with 2 bathrooms.

I think the makers of hotel fold out couches stick to the same playbook. Thin mattress. Huge back breaking bar across the middle of the fold out couch. Strange that they don't test this before selling it to the hotels. Breakfast was kinda weak. There was a loud group at the pool area late into the night that were drunk and annoying. I thought hotel staff would shut them down but didn't. Luckily thunderstorm cleared them out around midnight.

Stayed 2 nights in January. Good location. Newly built hotel so all clean and well appointed. Rooms large with good kitchen facilities. Breakfast was very good. We all loved the pancake maker! Stayed here as was Rodeo weekend and all more central hotels really expensive and this was absolutely fine to travel to the town centre, Stockyards and Dickies Arena. Were several restaurants in walking distance. Reasonable price-certainly cheaper then central positioned hotels.

We travelled as a family and booked 2 rooms. The large double bed in each room was very comfy. Would have given a 10 out of 10 for comfort and stay except the sofa bed in the one room my adult son used was really uncomfortable with the stays in a strange position-but made slightly better on the second night by adding the mattress off the sofa bed in the other room we had to try and improve the thickness. There was a strange fishy smell from the kitchen sink of that room too. Hotel said would address both issues and to be fair when we did report the sofa bed on checkout they said could have moved us but we were out most of the time and wanted 2 rooms together. But I wouldnt let this put you off staying as it genuinely was a really nice clean new hotel.

We didn't stay for breakfast, but it smelled great!! The room was a great size and the bed very comfortable. The lighting however was horrible, especially in the kitchen and living area. It was very clean, could have been stocked a little better with towels and coffee. Overall was good.

Better Lighting, more towels, I asked that we have a handicapped room for mobility issues and did not receive that. Hard to get in and our of the tub. Bad knees

I was pleasantly surprised at the oversized suite. The set up was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean, well placed, and inviting. I was there for 4 nights and each night I came in late, I felt safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is laundry machines on site which was helpful, a basketball court, a nice pool, a bon fire pit, and a very nice lounge area with tv's. This hotel is in a residential neighborhood and near restaurants and convenience stores. I would absolutely stay here again!

My only complaint is the bathroom is in the bedroom so any time my spouse went to the bathroom, the door woke me up.

The breakfast was great. The breakfast area was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the pool very much.

The refrigerator started making a loud sound and it didn't seem to get cold. We reported it to the front desk and they sent someone up to analyze what the problem was while we were out. It still made the sound after we returned. The pre-fab concrete building being built across the street. It was visible from our windows and it's pretty ugly.

Breakfast was awesome, huge choices best breakfast I have seen in a while. Two bedroom suite option with a living area is great for a family, this could be condo.

When I checked in, the night man told me there was a $5 a day fee for parking and a deposit for $150 for anything we bought. What the crap is this? I told him I booked thru booking.com and that was not in the price, but he said yes it is. I said whatever but as far as I can see I was not charged for this. That part really was a game killer for me, Besides in downtown no one charges for parking, or a deposit. Beds were a little stiff for me but pool, breakfast were great.

This is the best stay for the price I think that I’ve ever had! It was renovated in 2021 according to the front desk. The rooms were so spacious and they had great quality furnishings, not to mention immaculately clean. The kitchenette with all supplies you could need to cook was great. Countertops were granite and furniture was great quality, modern style, and the bed was sooo comfortable! I would love to stay here again. The pool looked great but I didn’t use it while there. The breakfast had a good variety as well.
