Great size apartments. Spectacular views (we were on 3rd floor). Secure parking (small daily charge). Ample continental breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

Please be aware that property is at the top of a steep hill so may be difficult if you have poor mobility (great exercise though!)

Plenty of space in the room - including kitchen area (although we didn’t use it). Liked the balcony too. Reception & the room had a warm feel. Ample parking for small fee.

it was really cold the bedroom during the night. we tried to switch on the Heating but it was not working

Location is fantastic, at the end of the street, very quiet, walking distance to city center.

Breakfast choice was somewhat limited.

I think that breakfast should be included.

The location was fabulous...at the top of a hill with wonderful views of vineyards. Short walk to a park, ideal for children. The breakfast was lovely, though the added fee was a little unexpected (we were told about it at check in, it was not listed on Booking.com). The staff was very friendly and patient with our limited use of the local German language. Private parking available for a fee, very reasonable. Included with reservation were tickets for the local bus system. Great location in the Black Forest...easy access to multiple restaurants and wonderful hikes. Great location for cyclists.

Our fan broke the first night we were there. That was a bummer. We probably could have exchanged it, but we were just too tired the next day after hiking! :) Even though our room was non-smoking, we could smell smoke from other guests on our patio. We were not aware that smoking was allowed anywhere on the property. But that would not deter us from returning for another stay!

The facilities were nice although the parking is situation is a little complicated. You can't enter the hotel through the guest parking area and have to walk out through the street to another level to get into the hotel.

The receptionist was not friendly and at times downright rude. He did not make an effort to be accomodating.
