The staff were super friendly and seemed very happy. The room was huge, with large windows and a high ceiling. The Kitchenette was also nice. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the two famous baths. There is parking on site for 15 Euros a day. The wellness massage package from Ms. Kalina (Galina?) was absolutely amazing!

Unfortunately we visited during a very hot and humid August. It would have been a real bonus to have a fan in each room. We’re were in a junior suite on the back side where there is a lot of traffic noise if you have the windows open (but they do block the noise when closed). The room furnishings were very simple and sparse for the room size.

The hotel is close to the city center where there are a lot of restaurants to choose from. There was a lot to choose from at the breakfast table and it tasted good.

A carpet in the bedroom doesn't feel so fresh nowadays and that the cleaning lady walked through the breakfast room with laundry. Could be fun to get a little more information about the history of the hotel. Obviously an old cigarette factory but is the "unrenovated" stairwell the only thing left? When you leave the elevator, you feel having done a bad choice of hotel. An information sign and photo would make the experience more pleasant.

Fantastic and very unique hotel, in a very quiet but convenient part of the town. On arrival the receptionist was super helpful with information, and directions. The rooms are very large and have good facilities, very nice decorations & very modern facilities. Breakfast was an excellent huge selection of food and drinks, work very friendly staff serving it. In a lovely breakfast room setting. Fabulous

Good location without any loud noise from the street or from the neighborhood. Kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. Small but self-contained kitchen and tea room.

No sauna facility for hotel guests. But we could use Thermen. Charge for parking.

Very spacious rooms and bathrooms, good facilities including small kitchen in a room, nicely renovated old building with beautiful architecture and gardens, super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was more or less standard I would say. Nice location with minimum noise and at the same time close to the center and a lot of restaurants around.

Minor defects in a bathroom requires renovation or already looks like renovated, but not very accurate. It spoils a bit a good overall impression from this nice place.

Loved the hotel. Staff were efficient and proffesional. Room a bit dated and no aircon (hot day) but great space and generally enjoyed the stay.

The Palais was located about a 1km walk to the main part of town which easy to do. The facilities were pretty good though like most European hotels had no A/C. The suite was nice with a separate lounge. The staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating.

The suite was very nice but not sure if it was worth it, but probably fair given location and prices of nearby hotels.

Very spacious room with separate bedroom / lounge area. Nice bathroom. The bedroom outlook was lovely and very green. Great breakfast, lots of choice and very good food. Excellent service, all staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Clean throughout. The hotel had lots of character.

No criticisms. Just that the hotel does not have a bar so might be nice to include a mini-bar in the room.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable- too big to get comfortable. But the bed and couch everything else very comfortable

This property is in a great location, an easy stroll into the centre. It was extremely clean and quiet, well appointed rooms. The staff at reception were exceptional, very amenable and helpful, a real asset to the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
