Excellent location. For what we paid we was happy. We only stayed 5 days but if I was staying longer I would pay more for a better standard apartment. The furniture is all very tatty and very uncomfortable, especially the sofa and patio furniture. The inside of the cupboards was not very clean , nor the cutlery draw , I cleaned them Myself. Lovely pool area and a nice sunbathing roof terrace for adults only which was a bonus. The man who works at the pool bar is the most miserable man ever so after the first day we never used the bar, he literally ignored us and went in the kitchen and started washing glasses and when he finally served us he was very stroppy as if we were a big inconvenience for wanting a drink.

Great location, lovely staff, great pool and only 10 min from airport. Room was clean and bed comfy.

Rooms do need updating but for the price you can’t complain, if like us you want a cheap base with a pool in a good location for the sun this is adequate! If you’re wanting 4 star and modern this isn’t for you! Air con would be needed in the height of summer I’m sure..

Lovely pool area. Friendly staff, central location. Although the properties are quite old there ok for the price you pay.

Unfortunately there are roadworks going on outside the complex. Noise was minimal but we were a couple of rows back. Pavements near the properties can be a bit hazardous in the dark. Take your time and you'll be fine.

Everything was excellent. The location was very good for amenities and the beach. Very clean everywhere on site. The staff were friendly and courteous. The pool was very good.

Nothing, that's why we keep returning for an enjoyable stay.

Pros: The 3 of us outside hours and after calling number on the door we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who gave us our keys and directions to the bungalow. Bungalow was clean, bright and comfortable. I slept on the sofa bed. It was surprisingly ok. Kitchen facilities adequate. Shower had plenty of hot water and ok pressure. All staff were lovely and helpful. We got fresh towels and extra blankets and anything else we desired on request from either reception or the cleaning ladies. The double terrace for each bungalow is excellent. Sun all day. There’s plenty of space and privacy too. The pool is amazing! Huge and clean. I really enjoyed swimming in it. There’s a book room at reception where you can borrow books. We were also able to charge my dad’s mobility scooter there each evening. Bungalows are 10 minutes max walk to the hub and beach through the underpass by the market. Free on street parking. This place is unbeatable value for money A little on- site shop would be a great addition.

The bungallows are located just a few minutes walking to the amenities and to the bus station to reach any part of the island. Beside Fuertesol on Tuesday and Saturday, there is a popular market, good for shopping. The bungalows are all sunny exposed, that it's good, especially when it's very windy and you can not go to the beach. Any bungalow has a little patio with a table and chairs to dining outside or have sunbedding. The beach is not far only 10 minutes walking. Inside the bungalow, I found the essential to cook, and I asked for other things at the reception, so it was perfect. The staff is very nice, polite and courteous, they accommodated all my requests.

The bar at the swimming pool closed too early and the swimming pool needs a TLC.

The standard is very good with excellent staff who go the extra mile to help you. the apartments were cleaned regularly and the servicing excellent. The pool area is well maintained and the pool bar with breakfast and a selection of fast food available during the day at reasonable prices. this is an ideal choice for

the kitchen equipment was dated but functional, hit and miss utensils, in fairness staff found what you needed if asked. locking the back gate too early meant a long walk on an evening to get in at the front. some guests were issued with keys, others, were not. I would happily pay for a key.

Superrb location, great value,. Bungalows are spacious and grounds are pretty.. having a front and back door was useful. Gates locked at night fior security.. cleaning good, bar our last week, when we went 6 days without fresh towels. Nice quiet complex, sunbeds on verandah a great idea, plus table and chairs. Issues were sorted straight away.. sun terrace on top of reception a lovely sun trap, when not windy. Everyone staying very friendly.

Beds and sofa uncomfortable. Lack of kitchen utensils. Lack of English speaking staff made it difficult to report things. Not great customer service. Bar wasn't open late enough as shut by 4pm. Pool very cold..

A lovely location, the grounds are immaculate and a five minute walk away from Caleta's main amenities. Fair enough, the accommodation may be a little dated but that's to be expected for the Canaries and for the price generally - but it was very clean, functional and comfortable. All the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return. It was quiet (we stayed in January) and I imagine will be very busy in the summer months with families around the large complex pool and pool bar (regrettably we didn't try either but the pool did look lovely). The complex cat (Peppa?) was an absolute delight!
