A great hotel, spacious room with a big bed. The bed linen and towels are so white and fresh looking, more like a four star hotel. The bed is very comfortable so a good night’s sleep. Good air con and also a kettle in the room and free bottled water. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a terrace in front of the rooms so a nice place to relax Good Wi-Fi throughout.

The bathroom is a bit small but a big shower head and good water pressure. There are no restaurants nearby. Maybe a 20 minute walk away. In the daytime not a problem but not so good at night. They sell pot noodles though so easy to prepare because of having a kettle!

Although the hotel is locate in a green area, insects were not there inside the rooms. The rooms are clean enough for a couple of nights and the bed was clean and comfortable. They have friendly staff who will assist you gladly. The staff gave us extra tissues and also an extra mattress since we were 3 people. Washrooms are also clean. We stayed for only 1 night but are very thankful to Motel Seri Muthiara for making our stay pleasant and a memorable one.

The location of course, close to the ferry's terminal, The parking facility is quite good eventhough it is outside the motel compound.

The signage to the location is quite small, and easily undetected, but waze did help. The road lead to the location is narrow, but manageable.

A very quiet and peaceful stay. Gives countryside vibes, super comfy. The staff will go above and beyond to help. The AC suddenly stopped working past midnight. The owner answered our call and came to help us out even though it was pretty late, lol.

The location was a bit confusing. When we were driving, we kept missing the turn. It'll be fine if you're using Grab, though.

Fast check in and check out. A quiet and clean environment outside the room. Bathroom with heater (just a bit small). Can shut the door from inside, not only the door knob, so feel safe...

Some stains on the floor, maybe need some deep cleaning, and maybe just remove the carpet inside the room (not really comfortable to step on it). The piping of the basin linked into the bathroom, when used, the dirty water will go into bathroom floor. Limited sockets. Car have to park outside (not inside the gate)

Only 20 minute walk from jetty pier. The staff were great and very helpful, bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately the location wasn’t ideal, they had some nice night markets in the area but besides this not a lot going on. BUT it is great if you’re staying for a night of two for visa purposes, as it is a 20 minute walk from the ferry point, and so no need to pay for taxis.

A great place to wind down after the mayhem of Pantai Cenang. Possible to observe wildlife here. Huge supermarket nearby to stock up in for upcoming travels.

The location is a bit out of the way in my mind. But still walkable distance from Kuah downtown and the jetty for a healthy person.

The room is clean, and you can request for the cleaning service without additional charge. The location is strategically at the center of Kuah. Which is near to go any tourist places.

The room was a good size and as described. The staff were very pleasant. It is a bit of a walk to get anywhere, but Grab works well.

A minor point, but I had a room upstairs, and I would have liked one with the outside space, downstairs. I don't know if they cost more. It's worth asking for downstairs room if you are booking!
