Stayed in Himos Holiday club Superior apartments a few times now and have always had a very nice time there. I was earlier this year so was able to collect my keys from the reception, stayed in the larger block E again and the apartment was perfect, nice and clean with some items to get you going for your stay, as we stayed a day longer this year we even had time to go down to the bar on Sunday evening after the rally had finished and the bar was as nice as the apartment. Himos is a very nice place to stay and al the workers I have met have always been very friendly and courteous. I have added a couple of pics of the views from the rear of the apartment.

Only thing I can say is as it was very warm during our time there we had the air pump on but the apartment was still warm at night, other than that all good.

The apartment was great! Honestly, the moment we got there, I was so happy that we chose this place. There were 3 rooms in our apartment: 1 room with a large bed, 1 room with 2 small beds and an open kitchen+living room. We were happy to see extra pillows and blankets in the cabinet also! There were 2 restrooms, a smaller one and a bigger one with shower, sauna, washing machine and a warming cabinet. The kitchen was well equipped in terms of dishes, pots-pans and other utensils and everything worked fine. The apartment was generally warm and even though it got colder during the night, the extra blankets helped. I guess we lucked out on the views also - we could see the slopes from all windows. The place is really close to the Western slopes. We just crossed the snowy field and were there in ~10 minutes. We had such a pleasant stay that I'm sure next time when we're in Himos, we will stay at the same place.

The air in the apartment was quite dry, which made me cough most nights. There were no cooking essentials that are usually present, such as salt, pepper, spices, teas, coffee, oil (the salt and pepper shakers were there, but they were empty). We had some changes with check-in times, which caused a bit of confusion for us. The host did not reply to my last few messages. It would have been nice to receive some acknowledgement. Although we arrived during official check-in hours, the reception was closed. We had a phone number to call and the person on the other end seemed unsure about who we are and where we should go, but we eventually figured things out together.

Room is well equipped. My stay was comfortable! Kitchen is also well equipped with everything I needed during the stay. Many different kinds of plates and bowls and also tools for baking are not easily found in this kinf of accomodation. Along the way there is a beutiful lake with a great view. I definately come again!

Nothing is specially poor overall really great. But the balcony window is one side broken so couldnt open which was quite fine.

Very new, warm and clean place, quite fancy :) Well-thought planning of the rooms and especially good sauna!

All knives were as blunt as possible. No cover for the pan for stewing. There was no cutting board and coffee filters and no basic spices, incl sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil - everything must be purchased by yourself before arriving (and simple olive oil is ridiculously expensive in Finland!). So we had to cut stuff with blunt knives right on the working surface or at the small flat corner on the sink.

Spacious and good location, well equipped kitchen.

Poorly cleaned, people before us had a pet with them whose hair was all over the apartment. There were coffee and dry food crumbs on the shelves of the kitchen cabinets. We have stayed in this apartment twice - it needs to be cleaned more carefully - there are dust rollers under the beds.

Very clean and modern apartment very close to the slopes. It had everything you need for a comfortable skiing holiday. Sauna, drying cupboard for the clothes, fireplace with plenty of wood, separate room for ski equipment. Walking distance to the slopes (even wthi ski boots). Very well equipped kitchen.

Perfect holiday flat for a trip to Himos lasting several days. The flat has everything you need and is in a great location so that you can reach everything on foot.

The only possible improvement would be a direct footpath from building D to E and from there to the car park on the ski slopes. Not everyone drives the 200 metres to the lift by car, it's easy to do on foot, even on skis. :-)

Good size apartment with all what you need for a small holiday. Location is ok, quite near to slopes. It is a big plus that there is no party-people in these family-apartments. Road the property is quite bad condition.

Sauna was a bit smelly. Few dishes were a bit dirty or broken.

Everything was perfect. It was clean, warm, nothing was missing. Beds were comfortable, water in the shower was hot.

The WiFi connection in the evening could have been faster (it was non-existent :)) but during the holidays it is also perfectly ok to spend some time without Internet as well

This is the second time i have stayed in the apartments, and like last time they are superior just like the name, everything is perfect, just like you hope it will be.

My only problem was the booking, I was staying from Tuesday to Sunday but had to book 3 separate bookings, Tuesday to Friday, Friday to Saturday and then Saturday to Sunday, when i was checking in they didn't know why this was but i had my apartment right through until Sunday which was a blessing.
