First of all the general manager Sameh was amazing. When we arrived on Wedneday, Booking.com did not send our reservation to the hotel. Booking.com booked our hotel for two days knowing that the second day was not available. It was a very stressfull situation and I'm not very happying with Booking.com. Fortunately, Sameh did his due diligence and gfound our reservation on Booking.com and honored it anyway, even though the hotel was fully booked. I was having surgury the next day and it was going to be very inconvienient to look for another room at the last minute. Without Sameh's help, we would have been totally screwed.

Booking.com booked my reservation but did not send the info to the hotel because it was booked and the wanted the money instead.

The room was very nice and clean. Everything is beautifully decorated and looks super cool. Also really enjoyed the nice amenities.

The only thing was how loud the AC system was but that's not really their fault, also the parking lot light was very bright into the room, but both of those things aren't the hotels fault it was just something to be aware of.

Very clean and safe. Breakfast is always delicious and enough parking options. Very comfortable and safe at night.

Our entire stay not once did housekeeping stop by in the mornings. We saw them on the floor doing other rooms, but they never did ours. We had to continue to ask the front desk to please provide us more towels and bathroom tissue. That was disappointing for the amount that was paid.

The free breakfast was really nice. Eggs, meat, waffles. Not just yogurt/cereal/toast like some hotels. Very clean hotel, very clean breakfast area, staff were always maintaining and cleaning during the breakfast hours. One staff member opened it in the evening so I could get knife and forks for a left overs from dinner. Very friendly helpful staff. I also had to cancel a stay in a previous city, past the time when you could cancel for free. I sent a note explaining why I had to cancel and they waived the fee.

The coffee maker in my room didn't work after the first day.

Location, close to Bel Air and Beverly Hills. Facilities are quite new / well maintained. Decoration is modern. Beds are really confortable. Breakfast is quite Ok, because there are waffles (otherwise the offer is quite limited).

Very long check-in (computer was very slow/not working properly, need to give postal address, etc...). We have been disappointed by the breakfast (very limited offer, 1 type of yogurt, very limited number of fruits, no viennoiseries...), without mentioning the paper plates and cutlery made of plastic...

Everyone was super friendly. Location is close to freeway. Target is across the street which is convenient. I used a lyft a few times and they were prompt and polite. The breakfast offered the normal selection nothing to crazy. There is no pool however there is a small fitness center that meets your needs. I've stayed at this location last year and had the same great service. If I could change/add anything it would be maybe afternoon snacks say around 5-6

The elevator was out for the first 3 days so it took longer than usual to get on. Upon checking in the woman was super nice. She asked about room services and assured me if I neeed anything she would be able to assist. I had asked for new sheets on Tuesday and she scheduled it.on sumday I asked for the bed change on Monday instead and the gentleman at the desk said no they only change sheets every 5 days unless medical reasons. We were still able to receive new towels daily. Felt there was a lack of communication regarding a customer request. The dayshift associates are much more friendlier than the night shift.

We loved the hospitality despite the keys not working. The breakfast bar was great for kids with waffles, whip cream, chocolate chips and chocolate drizzle. Amazing for the kids! Also, the rooms were very clean!

I came in late with Chevy suburban. Nothing but compact parking but I know that’s LA.

The location is perfect for a nice getaway! We have visited LA during weekdays and it was ideal, because of the promixity of the city's most highlights. It was just a few minutes away from the highway connecting Santa Monica or Venice Beach. Still a nice area, calm with some restaurants nearby.

Second time staying here. Parking and breakfast are included which is rare in LA. Hotel is clean and comfortable

Area doesn’t feel very safe. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have a car

While many hotel chains have gone to cold grey decor, this Hampton had an old Hollywood theme and warm, inviting colors and textures. Plus the staff went above and beyond to be helpful, particularly Sam at the front desk. My husband was recovering from back surgery and Sam insisted on helping him get into the car and loaded our luggage into the back.
