We used this hotel for one night driving up to Lincoln from London so we didn’t have to leave early the next day. The hotel is about 10 mins drive from Lincoln, has free parking, was very cheap and has good reviews so we booked it. Lady on reception was very helpful and we were very happy with our room, it was very big, had plenty of sockets and was clean. Being a bloke the 2 main things for me going away is the bed and the shower, the bed was a bit firm for my liking but my girlfriend loved it and the shower was Ok but my girlfriend had a bath so I can’t really mark them down, all about personal preference really! Overall, the room was great value for money and we would happily there again.

Breakfast only available at the adjoing restaurant. Free coffee was a bonus. Only strange things no was toast came pre buttered.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to a main road. I expected more noise from ĺate night revellers, but all I heard was a couple of doors closing. Excellent value for money. The restaurant is superb. We had their trademark ribs and also enjoyed a substantial breakfast with other members of the family. Gemma and Kai were helpful and attentive waiting staff. A great place to stay.

The restaurant was unable to offer soya or oat milk or gluten-free bread, which is disappointing given the range of intolerances experienced nowadays.

The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring Lincoln, room was comfortable and the staff were helpful. Position of the room was quite despite being close to the main ring road.

The restaurant was very noisey and not really my cup of tea as there was a chap trying to sing but apparently not apreciated by the other guests. The food was good and there was a large selection of dishes although rather expensive. The restaurant seemed to specialize in cocktails and didn't have any local ales, which I would have liked to have tried. After the previous evenings meal I didn't try the breakfast as again there was a limited selection and it was quite expensive.

I can’t believe how little we paid for our stay! A absolute bargain. The gent working on reception was super friendly in checking us in. Got up to the rooms and wow! Decorated so lovely and fresh and couldn’t find fault in the cleaning at all. It was a warm weekend so to find a fan in the wardrobe was a really nice touch. We wondered if the road noise would keep us awake but even with the window open we slept like logs. We checked out 5 minutes before time and even tho the housekeepers were busying around the corridors they to were super friendly and we didn’t feel rushed to leave our rooms. I would stay here again 100% and reccomend it to anybody. Thankyou

Firstly, the staff, were extremely polite, helpful and friendly at all times. Clean, spacious room on ground floor ideal for my limited mobility. The room was accessible and had "wet room" with shower seat and hand rails. Although only there for two nights, the room was cleaned and hospitailty tray refreshed (many hotels no longer do this for short stay clients!) The breakfast menu was varied and offered a discount for residents.

Not enough parking spaces for disabled, and the available spaces were not monitored to check eligibility. It was a long walk to the restuarant for breakfast from the hotel, and although there were disabled spaces there, they were being used by taxis! The bed was on movable wheels so every time I got in and out of bed it moved leaving me feeling quite unsafe. The mattress was also extremely soft, which may be lovely for most people but the majority of people with disabilities need something firmer

I have been interested in staying at Damon’s hotel for a long time, it is just as nice as I expected. It was clean and tidy, despite a few minor stains on the bedsheets I noticed which didn’t bother me at all, spacious, and great value for money. The shower was nice, the bathroom was clean, there were so many additional facilities such as a hairdryer, a kettle (+ coffee, sugar, etc.), hangers, even an iron, that just went above and beyond expectations. The bed was a very good size and very comfortable, the staff were great and very friendly, all in all I had a great time and wished I was staying there much longer!!

Although I had a great stay at the hotel, we chose not to bring a laptop to watch a movie in the evening as we believed there would be a smart TV. There was, but for some reason the movies would only play with a black screen, the same happened on YouTube. This might not be the hotel’s fault but it was unfortunate as we ended up having to watch live TV, although this was still a nice experience. The only other things were some minor stains on the bedding which didn’t bother me much, and there was no fridge or anything for us to store the leftovers from dinner on night 1 or the small milk we bought for our coffee, however we already felt like the offered facilities went above and beyond so this is not a huge complaint either.

Great quality hotel with comfortable and well thought out rooms. Plenty of hot water in the lovely shower, tea and coffee making facilities, a good TV and speedy free WI-FI. Staff were friendly, and helpful and there was ample free parking. There is a little atrium area with a small bar and a vending machines for snacks. Next door is Damon's restaurant which serves great ribs, steak and burgers and also has live music. Also a few steps away is a small Londis store at the fuel station selling a wider range of snacks and beer / wine.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff, both at the hotel and at the adjacent restaurant, which was an American diner-style eatery. The accommodation cost was very reasonable - and guests also get a 20% reduction on their restaurant bill. There is also plenty of free parking.

My initial reaction on arrival was that the exterior looked "tired" and I wondered if I had made a mistake in booking it. But this concern disappeared when I found that, fortunately, the interior was faultless and the welcome was genuine. The hotel is situated just off a roundabout on the ring-road and would not be a good location for anyone who did not have a car, as it is not within easy walking distance of Lincoln's main attractions. However, it was okay for me since I did have my car and could get around without difficulty.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The shower was not working properly (shower head would not remain upright) so we informed reception. Amazingly when we came back to the hotel in the afternoon after visiting the International Bomber Command Centre, the shower was fixed. There is an American Diner on the same site as the hotel, which serve pancakes, burgers, full English breakfast etc. The staff are very welcoming & friendly. There is a petrol station nearby. The hotel is situated a short drive from some of the local attractions. Lots of free parking, which is a bonus!

The sound of the road noise as the road runs straight past the hotel. We had to close the window, which made the room feel rather warm.
