I absolutely loved staying at Lut's place. The house and gardens are beautiful, the hosts are really friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was great, and I had the best sleep I've had for years!! (10 hours!!). I originally chose Lut's Place because it was near to where I wanted to be. It was so much more than I anticipated! I hadnt really looked at the website before booking. When I arrived I was blown away - a lovely house and garden, a sense of peace and welcome, and the best night's sleep ever! Thankyou !!!!

Lovely peaceful, rural setting - the house is beautiful and the room was very attractive with lots of interesting features - good quality linen, towels and toiletries Lut and Bruce were very welcoming and were available to answer any questions we had Breakfasts were great There was a fairly good bus connection into Lincoln and back, that runs late into the night within easy walking distance of the house

We enjoyed our stay with Lut and Bruce in their three hundred year old farmhouse. It was very comfortable, with lovely views of the surroundings. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The property was only a short drive into Lincoln. We would certainly recommend a stay here.

A lovely 300 year old farm cottage, beautifully styled inside, felt welcoming and cosy. The view of the large garden from the property is lovely and we were lucky enough to have a view of it from our room. From the minute we entered, until the time we left, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed.

We can honestly say we didn’t have any issues with the property. A thumbs up from us.

Absolutely loved the originalty of the house refurbished to an excellent standard. Lut and Bruce were amazing hosts that made you feel most welcome. Loved our room, cleanest bathroom ever! Exceptional breakfast.

Everything was simply perfect about this little gem of a place ! We must have been divinely guided to stay here and meant to meet the wonderful couple Lut and Bruce. What an absolute delight . Nothing too much trouble. Delicious food and such a variety of healthy options to choose from which was a wonderful surprise. We were instantly made to feel most welcome in their chocolate box, beautifully presented farmhouse. Complete with therapy massage room, meditation space and a cosy living room, complete with a wood burning fire . Will definitely be returning to see you both . We had been looking for a quiet but not too secluded little spot in the Licolnshire countryside to treat ourselves to a summer getaway - and we probably found the best place to do so: Lut's Place is an absolute gem! Set amongst fields, trees and horse paddocks with The Beck and the river Witham running close by, it is only a 15-minute drive away from Lincoln city centre and easy to find. There's ample space for parking one's car. The 300-year old farmhouse has been beautifully restored with an eye for detail: The hallway from the entrance leads to the guest lounge, which offers comfy seating, books, board games and a fireplace, as well as the big kitchen with its spacious seating area that overlooks the garden and its trees, flowers and wildlife. The wooden staircase leads up to a small tea/coffee corner, Lut's treatment room, the three guest rooms (all tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and offering maximum comfort and coziness) and bathroom facilities. Every evening, you get to choose next morning's breakfast from a large and varying selection of breakfast classics as well as Lut's and Bruce's specials on the menu. After a good night's sleep, your choice of breakfast is freshly prepared whilst you sit back, relax and have a morning chat with Lut and Bruce (and any other guests that happen to be having breakfast at the same time) over a cup of tea or coffee or a glass of juice or a smoothie. The food is a work of art with particular attention paid to organic ingredients and vegetarian options. Scrumptious! Last but not least, Lut and Bruce are simply wonderful people to be staying with. What a wholesome experience - we very much look forward to revisiting!

The welcome, the character, history and decor of the property. Extra touches, water and chocolates in the bedroom, great coffee & tea selection for guests. The choice for breakfast was phenomenal, so many tasty options.

Quite light in the bedroom in the morning.

Breakfast was very good in the company of the hosts both of whom are delightful & interesting people. The room was small & up a slightly awkward staircase, perhaps not ideal for elderly or infirm, but there are other rooms that have easier access, personally it was no problem & added to the charm of the property.

if there had been other guests the only downside would be a shared bathroom, however the bathroom was modern very clean with plenty of hot water. Overall well above the average of other B&B accommodation I have stayed at tin the past

Beautiful house, garden & room, Lut and Bruce made us feel extremely welcome from the beginning to the end of our stay. Excellent breakfast, everything was to a very high standard. Very relaxing weekend break. Would definitly return.
