It was clean, fresh with new paintwork and carpets The bedroom was roomy and all the facilities were spot on. Staff were a very happy and polite bunch and gave good service. Food in restaurant for both breakfast and dinner had a good selection and was nicely cooked. All in all a very nice 3 day stay. We would certainly recommend this hotel. It also is very handy for visits to Lincoln and nature park which are easy to reach. Good value for money! Plus….. lots of parking out side the hotel!

Buffet breakfast was lovely with lots of hot or cold options. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The gym was small and the equipment needs some love and an update but I was the only person there which was glorious. Unfortunately the pool area was out of bounds. Staff were friendly and attentive.

As stated the gym could use a refresh and a bit of an update.

The room was great, a good size and it had a nice bathroom too. The shower was a bit temperamental, and there were insufficient lights, but apart from that, the bed was very comfortable, and the hair dryer, tea and coffee etc. all worked well and were nice. A great (good value for money) breakfast. Very friendly staff, and a nice swimming pool.

The changing rooms were a bit grim. The jacuzzi was broken. The sauna was too small. There was no steam room. The swimming pool seemed a bit cold. The room didn't have sufficient lights. The shower took a long time to warm up and was difficult to get the temperature correct.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The reception staff was helpful. The breakfast was good value and set me up for the day. The location was fine for driving into Lincoln the next day. It is worth a visit.

I perhaps misread the booking site and mistakenly thought the swimming pool was closed. I booked the hotel rather than an alternative cheaper 4 stars hotel with the hope that the cuisine might be of a reasonably high level. There was nothing wrong with the food and it tasty but it did not test a Chef's skills levels. The service was quick and the waiters were friendly but at one moment, I did need to catch their attention as they were all chatting in the bar area being slightly away from the restaurant. The TV reception was poor and I could only watch BBC channels. A leaflet regarding services suggested there was access to the BT Sports channels. I could not connect to them. The lack of choice did not bother me for an one night stay.

Food good quality and fair choice on menu. Pool.and gym facilities, sofa in room, helpful and friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant. Comfy bed and good quality duvet and pillows.

Decor a bit tired and dated but that's only a cosmetic issue. Not really a problem and everything else was great. But no need to change towels every day (I finally worked out using the Do Not Disturb sign as my room didn't need doing daily). The jacuzzi wasn't working for the whole time I was there (5 days) which was a bit disappointing. But that didn't spoil my stay!

We have stayed at the Bentley Hotel quite a few times over the last few years. We always enjoy our stay whether we are with our friends, family or having big celebrations.

The thing we were a little disappointed with was having to go through the Salon to get to the pool. There is only one shower and one changing room. Also the steam room has been removed and on the Sunday the Jacuzzi wasn’t working and it was very cold. Apart from that, we had a nice time. Just a little feedback though the hotel is looking a little dated now from when we used to come years ago. The pool area is possibly the worst. It does need a good refurbishment/clean/decoration. However, having said this, it will not stop us from coming again and bringing family and friends.

Location was excellent with a fabulous garden centre next door and a couple of places to eat within a short walking distance (inc McDonald's). The swimming pool is large, warm and there is also a sauna in the pool area. We didn't use the gym so cannot comment on it. The breakfast had a good selection of cold and hot foods to choose from and the staff were very quick and friendly. A big thumbs up on all counts really.

The room was large but a little tired, we had an Executive Suite, and would have benefited from re-painting. It was very comfortable and quiet though.

Rooms clean and well appointed. Very comfortable Staff friendly and helpful and professional and personable. Fitness centre was spacious and had a variety of equipment. All wonderful. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Fitness centre closes at 8pm. What is the reason for this? Doesn’t seem to make sense. That was the one drawback to our stay. It should be open until at least 10pm like most other hotels.

Breakfast was very good. Bar meal in evening was great. Location very good for Newark Showground. Great to have air conditioning in the room.

The room being on the road side (A46) made it quite noisy. Some form of secondary glazing would make it better.
