The house was stunning and the village the same. The host was very helpful, going above and beyond for us. Like the lovely breakfast offering, fruit and biscuits. The host even offered to walk my friends dog when we were running late from the concert. I felt that was expecially kind of her.

As I was staying in someones private home. For me it felt a little like I was imposing on their home, but that was just my issue, not the hosts. For eg I would of loved to have sunbathed in their garden during the stunning weather, but it just didn't feel right.

It was nicely decorated and furnished. There was space to eat, sit and watch TV, and sleep. The owner was lovely and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. It is a place we hope to go back to and are happy to recommend to other couples

It is above a garage, so there are some slanting walls that affect head height, but we managed fine. The shower door slides open, and the gap to get in was narrower than I'd like, but it was manageable for us...

Spacious bedroom. Modern. Very clean. Parking on property. Kitchenette with stocked continental breakfast. Luxurious towels. Although it’s part of the main property, you have privacy. Close to Kelham Hall. Fresh farmland around. It rained on our free morning so we sat on the comfy sofa and watched TV. Very pleasant. Jacky is a friendly and attentive host. Thank you, Jacky.

Nothing to dislike!

Large room, clean, well equipped kitchenette, large shower. Lovely that we could come and go as we pleased. Large driveway which allowed us to park a 4x4 and trailer during our stay. Short walk to the pub for dinner. Lovely hosts and in a really lovely location. Would defitnely book again if we do another show in the area. 😊

Location was excellent. Plenty of green space and ample car park space .Not a big eater for breakfast but the kitchenette was equipped very well for a good healthy continental breakfast. The accommodation was spacious for a studio flat and very clean throughout. Large comfy bed, no problem to get a good night sleep. Plenty of light in the room. Host was very helpful and very supportive.

Not bad but the sofa could have been better for a greater comfort.

I came to Southwell to sing for several days with a visiting choir at the Minster; The Studio at the Oaklodge was perfect for my stay, giving me a peaceful, private and very comfortable haven to return to at the end of the day. The hosts were friendly and helpful, the accommodation was spotlessly clean throughout, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast supplies varied and plentiful. I'll certainly be back!

The accommodation was comfortable and the area is peaceful the breakfast was more than enough for us good shower as well

You have to mind you head if you are tall and access to a cooker would have been useful as there is one pub in walking distance

It was a lovely location and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was well appointed with excellent kitchen facilities.

Jacky greeted us when we arrived, super friendly and welcoming. Wonderful selection for breakfast left in the fridge and kitchen cupboards for us to help ourselves to. Very comfortable bed, lovely warm studio, everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast very good and we let Jackie know before our visit what type of bread and milk we would like. Lovely large comfortable bedsit/dining room. Kitchenette fine with all the facilities needed. We were able to text Jackie to ask for anything else we needed. Bathroom fine. We had our dog with us. There was an orchard where we could walk him, and a walk with footpaths and fields where he could run off the lead across the road. Jacqueline and Andrew friendly and helpful. Good location for what we wanted. Pub doing reasonable food within walking distance.

The only thing that was not really good was the bathroom washbasin. Because of the sloping roof it was not always easy to use it.
