The room was excellent . The shower was hot and powerful. The telly had all channels but I couldn't log on to Netflix via my own account owing to there being no Internet connection . Parked outside the room.

It was all very good, but I couldn't understand why the double plug socket next to the bed had one socket blanked out. The table lamp was in the good socket, so I had to unplug it to plug my phone in to charge. There were loads of other sockets in the room though. Why blank this one out? Bar was a little pricey. £9.50 for a double gin and lemonade. City of London prices.

We have stayed before so we knew what we were getting. The rooms are large, well heated and very clean. The bed was as comfortable as our own bed and the shower was powerful and hot. Although the property sits 300mts between the east coast mainline and the A1 there is very little noise disturbance.. I would rate this property highly for anyone wanting a break in the Newark area.

The tv is very small buy modern day standards so when the time comes to replace then please consider something bigger. Other than that keep doing what you are doing. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Have stayed on a number of occasions at Ashiana. Today stayed in room 4 (twin room woth bath). Room spacious and clean. Room was perfect temp for me but way too hot for other half (easily rectified by opening window). Some find the noise from visitors to the indian a problem - i dont find this. As we always do we ate in at Ashiana Indian. Food was 10/10 and why we continue coming back to stay here. Accommodation, staff and onsite indian are a great combination. Will be back again in another few months.

Mattresses were a little uncomfy and shower needs looking at as seal must be broken as was dropping water all night but this wouldn't put us off staying in this room again.

Staying in an Indian restaurant, what's not to like. 10 rooms in the adjacent block, all with 2 double beds and a large shower room. The meal was slightly more expensive than usual but was very good and loads of food. I parked my car 2 yards from the front door of my room.

The window has a very efficient curtain, however the front door has a window with no curtain. Light streamed in quite early. The switch for the light above my bed was hidden behind the bed and a little challenging to find then operate.

The rooms were massive,two twin comfortable beds, carpet in the bedroom were brand new as were the flooring in the bathroom which consists of a Large bath with built in shower and large shower screen Kettle and coffee tea and biscuits supplied TV c/w sat channels Two side chairs and a bedside table Unfortunately there wasn't a bedside lamp The Indian restaurant next door ( 25 m) away served excellent food and drinks the staff were very cheerful and chatty and brilliant service

Stayed for one night and had everything I needed, ideal for my stay. Lovely big room and bathroom which was nice and clean. There's an Indian restaurant next door with takeaway menu if wanted. Good location but would need a car to get to and from places but within easy reach of places to visit. Good price for the night.

There was a train line nearby so I did hear the trains but it didn't bother me too much.

Ideally located off the A1 this very popular location serves great food with excellent staff to look after you. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are of good size with more than adequate bed space with an excellent walk in shower. Very clean and tidy too.

Car park was spacious even though I was on the bike. As this was the case I parked her under the window for added security not that I ever felt uncomfortable on that count.

The staff are brilliant,always happy to help,nothing is too much trouble for them. Food is always out of this world we have been coming for the last few years now we have brought family members too and never had a bad meal they go out of the way to cater for all your needs. We will be back again. Rooms are basic but what you pay for you can't go wrong they are clean and have everything you need. And perfect after a great curry instead of a 40 minute long drive back to Nottingham on a full stomach 😂.

This accommodation is superb! Excellent value for money. Very clean, spacious and modern. The restaurant which is separate from the rooms is great too. We didn't eat there but had drinks in the large beer garden. We definitely recommend this accommodation. We will be staying here again when we are in the Newark area in the future 😊

Nothing simply because it was beyond our expectations!!

Having the restaurant available was great, it is a little pricey but the quality was up to the price. The rooms are large, very spacious and clean. Plenty of pillows!

Allocated parking for the rooms is definitely needed. We understand we visited during the busy period. Unfortunately the car park was so full we had to park on the road. As I was travelling for work I pick hotels I can park my work van close to. Also some guest just chose to park the vehicles length ways in front of the rooms including ours I had to knock on doors and ask them to move it as I couldn't get my luggage in the gap between the car and door to the room. I'm sure if I had asked the staff they would have done this but the restaurant was so busy and honestly it was the fault of those who parked it. Discount in the attached restaurant for hotel users would be fantastic.
