The room was spacious and had everything you could want for a short trip away. Very, very clean and bed was comfortable. Tea-making topped up and room tidied everyday. Perry went above and beyond, meeting us when we arrived and getting our breakfast order, and even offering a pair of her shoes when I realised I hadn’t bought mine for a wedding! The location of the B&B is perfect for the nearby wedding venue, The Mill at Hoveringham. The breakfast is delicious and parking plentiful. Would recommend to anyone in the area! Thank you Perry!

Our Host Perry persuaded me to try her Full English Breakfast, which was without doubt one of the most satisfying breakfasts I had experienced. My wife had her favourite cereal dish followed by toast, we both enjoyed orange juice then a pot of tea to finish with. A very enjoyable way to start the day.

Couldn't find fault with anything much although I would have preferred a firmer pillow. Overall a very satisfying two night stay.

Everything, the room was lovely, the bed, well, I could have stayed in bed for hours, but had to get up to visit my daughter and family. The bathroom shower was fantastic, hot, and powerful. The breakfast was fantastic, we had 'full english', it was lovely and endless toast and tea. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with excellent value for money. It is very highly recommended, and we will be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Nothing, I can't recommend this B&B highly enough.

The breakfast was great. We were asked the night before what we would like to eat and at what time. Our table was laid when arrived for out meal with everything we requested excepted for the hot food. The host was attentive and checked if we wanted more coffee, toast etc... All the food was of a high quality and well cooked. The room was beautiful with a spacious en suite. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. Our host was very friendly and welcoming without being intrusive, quite a skill.

Everything, really clean and comfortable, the room had everything you could really expect. The full breakfast was wonderful, endless toast(if required after the full breakfast), tea/coffee. Overall, I can't fault anything, a wonderful host, superb accommodation brilliant breakfast. All I can say is, give yourself a treat? If visiting the East Midlands, stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely well presented room with a modern but cosy feel to it. Bed was very comfortable and shower was nice. Host was lovely and told us everything we needed to know when we checked in. Breakfast was lovely and well presented. Whole place was perfectly clean and presented really nicely. Location was great and could barely hear the road outside from the room.

The door to the bathroom almost got stuck when closed fully which worried us slightly but we didn't actually get stuck inside at any point. Other than that we had no issues at all.

Great location for a wedding at the mill at hoveringham bit far to walk so got a taxi 5 mins drive to the venue. Spotlessly clean house and room with very clean comfortable bed with massive on suite bath and shower again all very clean. Great host Perry very welcoming on arrival and breakfast was great full English was very nice. We have no dietary requirements but was asked on arrival regardless. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and clean room. I really liked the little larder cupboard with microwave and crockery and cutlery. As I was on my own this gave me the option of getting some food and eating in my room. The bedding and linen was glorious. The breakfast was lovely and I really liked the coffee. Perry was really friendly and helpful.

I would have liked the option of some fresh milk. The side of my bed was a little off which meant I rolled into the centre a lot. I think the casters had not been put on?

Impeccably clean and very comfortable and smart b&b with very welcoming owner and great breakfast. Comfortable bed, good shower, drinks and snacks - everything we needed for a short stay. Thoroughly recommend. We were visiting friends but it’s a lovely area with easy access to Nottingham by train.

This was beautiful place only wish I could have stayed longer it was clean and cosy the shower was lovely and hot towels lovely and fluffy and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud exactly what was needed, the breakfast was delicious and hot and tasty coffee set me right up foe a long day at football tournament will definitely be back
