Excellent value for money. Good location. Big room, comfy beds, clean, excellent shower. Breakfast was lovely, lots of options. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Lovely interiors in the bar/restaurant areas. Will definitely be staying again.

Great find! Well presented place. Pleasant room,comfy bed, nice staff good food and unbelievably good value!breakfast was plentiful,well cooked and wide choice. Excellent location with restaurants, fast food,wine merchants and a Lidl directly opposite! Plentiful parking right outside the front door. The layout of corridors a bit of a maize quirky up and down small flights of stairs but hey it’s a characterful old building so cant be helped and fine by us.

The staff could not be more helpful. We booked a twin room expecting two single beds. We actually had two double beds! We were on a trip to the Ice Arena and only stayed one night. The hotel met all our needs and more. It's so lovely to have smiley helpful staff!! We were able to walk to the Arena with a short inexpensive taxi back. Will definitely visit again when in Nottingham.

The beds were huge - my daughter and I had a standard twin, which had 2 large double beds - it reminded me of large hotel rooms in the United States. We were so far away from each other when in our respective beds that we had to shout to each other!

I thought the bar area was quite small.

It is a great little hotel, supremely comfy bed, nice and warm and a large room. My only gripe is that the water pressure on the shower was low, but that might have had something to do with being on the top floor? In spite of that, I would stay again.

The reception team were very friendly and helpful and we were very impressed and grateful that they were able to change our room after the 1st night (in the the first room we could hear noise from the main road). The recently refurbished room was modern and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

Nice staff, nice breakfast, very clean and good parking. Not far from the city centre. Good size tv in the room.

The bed was too small, almost falling off a bed a few times.. It was very noisy in the morning( outside), the room(106)being on the ground floor. Price was a bit high for the room(small) that we had.

Even though it says on the website there is dining for lunch and dinner and a bar for drinks these facilities are not available. But there are food places and 2 bars over the road from this hotel. If your looking for bed and breakfast this is a lovely hotel.

Irisa (the lady at the desk) was absolutely wonderful. A credit to Best Western. She was so good from start to finish. Room and bathroom were massive.

Carpet stain. Furniture tired. Smoke/ heat detector flashing all night. Ridge between the mattress. Breakfast cool
