The hotel is situated right in the centre close to shops and restaurants and walking distance to pretty much everything. The rooms are clean and tidy and the bed is comfortable. Having the kitchen area is always useful so you dont have to eat out every night. It is a modern hotel with everything you need for a good stay.

The lift! Its not working properly and it wasnt fixed the whole time I was there (a week). Other guest were complaining it had been like it for some time. Other than that - all good.

We were right around the corner from Rock City, where we were attending a gig. We were an easy tram journey from the rail station. We had a very comfortable nights sleep. We enjoyed our croissant and coffee for breakfast. The Shop sold a lot of the things that made our stay more pleasant.

The coffee machine in the foyer did not do decaffeinated coffee. I know that there were instant sachets to use, but you could not have a capuccino or latte. There was only one dining chair in the room for if you opted to cook yourself a meal in the room. The table was fixed to the wall and so could nor be moved over to the sofa. A folding chair tucked between the table and the window would solve the problem - or information that an additional folding dining chair could be obtained from reception. Other than that the fitments and furnishings of the room were wonderful - a lot of thought had obviously gone into the design.

This place was amazing! The staff were so helpful & all had smiles on their faces constantly. Nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen facilities were brilliant, had everything you could need if you were cooking for yourself(I only used the kettle, coffee & milk.) Although they don't offer breakfast, which didn't bother me in the slightest, as there are plenty of delicious eateries in the city centre. What you do get each morning are free croissants & hot drinks. You can either take them back to your room or grab & go. The rooms are spacious with a large comfortable bed & a small sofa. Bathroom was clean & also extremely spacious with a lovely large shower. I asked for a quiet room and anything off ground level & I got both. Parking was £10 per night(bargain!) in their own secure underground car park, however it's on a first come first serve basis but there's a 24hr car park right next door if you need one. An extremely short walk and you're in the city centre. Great venue next door where we watched a couple of decent bands.

A very clean hotel with excellent design. Very close to the city centre and 1 minute from Nottingham Trent University. There was a private, underground car park, and they very kindly accepted to leave my car there for a few hours after the check out. The rooms had perfect size and were very clean. They were equipped with all the necessities, including a microwave oven, hobs, and a large fridge. Comfortable beds and pillows. They were, also, sound proof. The free coffee machine and cooler at the lobby were excellent ideas.

The water in the shower was coming in waves of cold and extremely hot. It was almost impossible to remain under the running water for more than 5 seconds. However, to be honest, I didn't mention anything to the reception. Therefore, I don't know if they would be able to fix it. The parking spaces were a bit narrow. The street in front of the hotel was a dead end and a bit isolated. I'm not sure how safe it is there (I didn't feel there was something suspicious, though). Some members of the staff (one person, actually) were a bit rude, I felt like I did something wrong!

A warm arrival by the lovely reception staff . When we arrived, we had been upgraded to the Penthouse suite which was a lovely surprise (I had put a note on our booking to say that we were celebrating my husbands 40th but didn't expect anything from it other than maybe a birthday banner or something) so this was amazing! The rooms were so clean and tidy and felt so homely, with cosy lighting and soft blankets and cushions. Great kitchen facilities, not that we needed them for our one day stay but great to have them there. The staff were really lovely and friendly. They knew that I had booked for my husband's 40th birthday and they wished him a happy birthday when we came down in the morning. The location was great, right in the centre of things so we could walk into town, but surprisingly, we were not disturbed by any noise from outside. Would really recommend this hotel, value for money was fantastic which was not compromised by the quality of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Property is in a great location, with tram stop close by. There is also parking available. The room is large, clean and comfortable with plenty of facilities, such as crockery, cutlery, large fridge etc. Customer service is excellent and every member of staff I interacted with gives great service. Limited external noise means that rooms are quiet at night when trying to sleep. Free croissants and hot drinks are also available until 10:30am, which is a nice bonus.

Shower cubicle partition isn’t long enough to stop the water from overflowing the shower and wetting the floor, even when on minimum water speed. Only one lift was working and there were no signs to show where the stairs were. Corridors/ some communal areas had a ‘fusty’ smell but the room was very clean and smelled fresh.

For one the staff, special mention to our Queen Tattiana who was the most attentive and bubbly member of staff who always made us smile when we interacted with her and always knew how to help! She really was a standout for our whole visit to Nottingham. The location was really great for us, only a short distance from the city centre. The facilities were great (having a washing machine was a massive help since we were on a long trip). The room itself was spotless and we slept comfortably both nights.

The lift was very temperamental..needs to be fixed but thanks Tattiana for making it lighthearted enough that it didn’t bother us too much! There was a lot of noise outside the hotel with building going on however we know this is out of the hotels control but a heads up would have been nice. The windows however were very effective for blocking the noise out enough for us to still sleep well.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the welcome we recieved on arrival was a great start to our stay. The room was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was great being able to make breakfast in our room - if we'd needed to we could have cooked a substantial meal. Good sized fridge. The hotel has its own carpark under the hotel which is a much better deal than the public carpark adjacent to it. Fresh croissants are also included in the price and provided first thing in the morning. Excellent position in the city to be able to access theatres.

The room was a little tired - the towel rail in our room (5 on the ground floor) was not fully affixed to the wall and the desk was quite badly scratched, some of the furniture was looking a bit shabby. Be aware that the bowls are quite small and shallow - not really sufficient for a decent serving of cereal.

Front desk was exceptional, very friendly and accommodating. Room was good size, kitchenette was useful. Croissants each morning with tea and water dispenser available all day was also nice. Aside from the club noise next door, excellent location for restaurants and shopping.

Clubs next door were noisy late into the night, construction across the street was noisy during the day. Shower head aimed directly beyond the half door, so it was impossible not to flood the floor each time we showered and caused a serious slipping hazard.

Didn't realise how great this place was or what a deal it is! Check in earlier than advertised; no problem! Room was amazing. Kitchenette;superb! A fridge; a little miracle! Staff; so friendly. Complementary pastries and hot drinks in the reception area for the morning. Considering how close it is to at least 3 major music venues in the city, I was impressed by how quiet it was at night. Didn't hear a thing. And the blackout curtains worked a treat. It was basically a 4 star hotel for a bargain.
