Nice big rooms, clean, great location. Liked the no key entry

It’s very dated - needs a good upgrade. It did have a bit of a ‘old person’ but nothing too bad. Deposit is way too high and not needed.

Location is fantastic. Digital keycode entry which makes it easy. Huge HUGE rooms. We had a two bed apartment and it had a living room, two giant bedrooms and access to a small kitchen and an internal hallway to joint them all together. Hosts very good comms on text or phone. There is parking in the building opposite (think it was £20 for the stay). The 2 bed apartment was £45 per person for 4 people which is really good

Fairly complicated to get into the car park. Have to get a key from a lockbox and the codes are fiddly. Instructions via email are detailed but probably too detailed, can be overwhelming the amount of info provided. The decor is a little to be desired but it was fine for a quick stay. Checkout is wayyyy to early at 10am mind!

Liked the accommodation, very comfy bed and excellent location

I was unable to get internet signal on my phone when I arrived so I couldn't get the email up with the door access codes and when I rang the doorbell for help, the man told me to refer to my email which had all the details in. I explained to him that I was now running late to meet my friends because I couldn't get all the different codes needed for the car park and the accommodation up because I had no signal but he was not very helpful. Thankfully, eventually, the email loaded so I could get the code.

Good location.

We’ve got so many rr emails with a lot of detailed information and several PIN codes and keys. There are numerous signs with regulations, e.g. on which towels to use for wiping the face… ;-) The process to get the key is quite complicated. Finally, it wasn’t fair and transparent communicated in advance that the accommodation takes a deposit of hundred pounds and blocks this amount for a couple of days. That deposit was only mentioned as a footnote in the booking.com description (you get aware of that after your booking).

Really nice place on a good spot in Nottingham city. Good bed, enough space and comfort. Little kitchenstuf to prepare an breakfast. We enjoyed it. Surprisingly nice town!

The location was excellent - just 5 minutes walk from Motorpoint arena. Parking was great too. The room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay but for a couple of minor niggles.

It is lovely at the entrance but the room decor is quite tired, the bathroom door didn’t close and the lighting is very poor. One of us has a visual impairment so the dull lighting was difficult at times. We left an item which we were promised would be sent to us but we did not receive it despite agreeing to pay costs.

The location was superb. I was staying for work and it was a 2 minute walk away. Given that the apartment was right in the middle of the city, there was no noise. The decor was lovely and it was great to have a sofa, a large bed, a desk to work at and kitchenette with kettle, fridge and microwave.

I would have preferred an apartment with a bath rather than just a shower. And the mattress was a little uncomfortable, it felt abit lumpy. And this is just being picky but there was no valance sheet so I could see the divan, which was at odds with the rest of the lovely decor.

We had the most amazing time at 16 Pilcher Gate!! From as soon as we came out of the lift, straight into the apartment, it was brilliant. The Penthouse apartment was so spacious and it was perfect for a group of friends to get together. It's within walking distance to Motorpoint Arena and right in the town. We had the best time and would definitely book to stay there again!!

We loved everything, the only thing it needs it a little modernisation but that's it. The pictures don't do it justice.

Location was fantastic. Was quiet which was a bonus. Lovely large room/apartment. Parking right next to apartment. Lift to second floor.

Parking was on the lowest level and we didnt have access to the stairwell so had to walk back and forth via the ramps. Paid £18 only to find car park opposite for £14 without all the walking and safer. Once we'd figured all the codes etc to access car park, building and then rooms, was good. Thankfully had free wifi as no signal on our phones inside. Bare wires on lamp which eventually gave up, others had blown bulbs so lighting wasn't great for getting ready to go out, and could have had the dresser under the mirror. Room wasn't too cold but couldn't get radiators to work.

Lovely apartment in a grade 2 listed building, everything we needed was available. Beds were comfy and the room was clean and well set out. Staff was welcoming and helpful when we arrived (no reception these were staff running and keeping the building clean) Superb location to close just about everything in the city centre with the tram, rail and bus only a minute or two away. Very quiet considering its busy location will be staying again!

Honestly can't think of a single downside worth mentioning.
