It was cosy

It was 2 floors down so it was hot and when drunk not the best but it was nice so it made it ok, sofa bed you have to make it upself and wasn’t expecting that for £300 for one night and 3rd of all I haven’t received my deposit back which has been over a week since I’ve stayed

We were in the Tambour. The important things were spot-on: Great location, lovely having a patio with views of the castle. Flat was warm and clean, great shower. Good communication about access before arrival. Sofa-bed was comfy. Surprisingly quiet considering how close busy pubs & restaurants were.

Just a couple of small things in the kitchen: could have done with a bit more cutlery; it would have been great to have instructions on how to work the combi microwave/ oven; and the kitchen sink plug didn't sit flush (& no washing-up bowl), so washing-up was a bit wasteful of water, but all very easy to sort out.

Beautiful, spacious suite which was very clean. As I was on a work trip, it was the perfect space to work, relax and sleep. The cute little balcony on the warm summer night was a lovely bonus. Great location - I walked from the centre of town within 10 minutes and could easily walk to the train station too (about 10 min walk). Took me a minute to find, as it's got a slightly unusual entrance, but the welcome email gives you a lot of detail so I was able to find the entrance. Despite being so close to a pub, it was quiet and peaceful inside. I booked very last minute, so had slight issues getting into my room. However, when I rang the team, they answered immediately and were able to help me straight away. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

the property was amazing, from the secure entrance to the facilities. I was pleased to see cutlery etc, along with cleaning supplies. I was also pleased to see an option for bath and shower although was easier for us and time to use the shower. We only needed to use it for a pit stop, but would book again!

Not a dislike but my partner is super tall and kept bumping his head on the beams…maybe advise for future about the low beams, although i had a laugh at the time! There was a bottle top left behind the bed that i removed, & having to close all the window blinds on a night too

The room was cosy and warm. Bed was really comfortable and had a great night's sleep 😴. All that was needed was supplied and enabled us to do whatever we needed. The courtyard area was ideal, especially as we were smokers and respected the rule of not smoking in the room as we wouldn't at home but enabled us an area to have a smoke when we required. Was a great stay and good location to all that we wanted to do, we will definitely come again and stay here. Thanks 😊.

There are not enough clothes storage for stuff that does not hang, but only there for one night, so it did not cause any issues. Chocolate wrapper left on floor next to bed empty toilet roll left behind the toilet and blood on the wall in the shower, but we are not over fussy so did not put us off was lovely room and was very happy with our stay.

Location great - we managed to enjoy nightlife of Nottingham without getting any taxis Apartment was great - really nice and all utilities you need for a weekend break, nice to have the garden which wasn't expecting, and just the general essentials so you can eat takeaway on plates with cutlery instead of out of polystyrene boxes! Lovely little touch of chocolates in the bedroom - don't normally get that unless staying in high class hotels these days.. When we arrived it was extremely lively next door at the piano/bar and at first we'd regretted staying here (before we'd even got in the room), but as we walked to our apartment and got inside you couldn't hear a thing. so don't let the location next to a busy venue put you off.

Not a negative.. but beware of the stairs! It may be listed but i didn't check, the Tambour Apartment is down 2 or 3 flights of stairs. We went out for a few drinks and wasn't too bad, but if we had any more might have been a struggle haha.

Great place . close to centre, lovely apartment lovely patio,brill communication from owner, we stayed in the heathcote / right next door to pitch piano, pubs restaurants all on door step, lovely place we would stay again if ever up that way again.

2 flights stairs down to apartment,ok for us, but if you had mobility issues could be a prob with case, one way traffic system couldn't park out side to unload /load cases, and parking expensive , in nearest car park lace market,thats round the corner.

It was very cosy. And warm. The TV was massive. I found parking very easily (although extortionate) The location and distance from everything we did was perfect and central. There is everything you need in every way in the surrounding area. The bed was really comfortable and there were essentials as well as spare towels. It felt secure, with codes getting into the Mews and on your front door.

The surrounding area was a little noisy at times. At the back of the property is an underpass where people were hanging out and being noisy at night . However this wasn't all night and only one night. The Pitcher and Piano bar attached to the property came alive on Saturday night and was lively. Luckily I have earplugs. One of the skylights on the bar side didn't seem to be shut properly so I reckon it would have been quieter if shut. I didn't like keep banging my head whenever I put anything in the bin but I probably should have been more careful.

Well situated in the city, really nice restaurants and cafes around and was close to the arena, as we were going to an event. Nice spacious apartment and easy to check in and out.

It was very noisy, the apartment above us were banging and making noise until 2am in the morning. You can hear everything in the rooms above and to the side. Our apartment was next to the main door so we could hear other people coming and going until 2am in the morning. Apartment was slightly dirty, there were left over crisps in the sofa and the shower is not very powerful.

The location was very central and close to everything ! The property was clean, very comfortable and warm 🙌🏻 our little girl had enough space to explore around ! Very comfortable bed , big tv !

It took us ages to find the location as I was following the address that was on my email but the properties are located a bit further .. the next tourist should put Pitcher and Piano as an address for the property , is literally next to it ! Also the check in is at 3 , and u can’t leave your staff earlier than that!
