beautiful old converted industrial building, very comfortable room and lovely and clean. staff at reception was very polite and friendly. excellent value, parking was ok out on the street, if it had off street parking it would be a 10/10, but given the price can’t complain.
I didn’t like the way they enter credit/debit card details manually and require this even if you have already paid. I’d be much more comfortable if this was done via a normal card machine, no disrespect to the guy on reception entering the details but it’s not ideal. cards should never need to leave the hands of the cardholder

The hotel was surrounded by students accommodation blocks so it was in a quiet location , parking was available on the street (free)or within the hotel grounds for extra 10pounds. The hotel buildings was part of Victorian lace factory hence some of the area is smaller than usual such as the reception area and the hall , but the room was a good Size and modern with high ceilings, it even included a small kitchen with microwave and tea making facilities which was a nice touch .The shops were within 5-10 minutes for essentials items . Good location and it felt safe . The hotel also provided full English or continental breakfast which refillable coffee and tea included in the price which was a nice touch , for customers there was a discount rate which was useful which saved us rush out to look for place to eat . The breakfast was well done and the breakfast room was spacious and clean .

Clean well equipped room (microwave, sink, fridge). Had to get something to eat as arrived at 8:30pm. The main street nearby did not look very promising and as a lone female felt a little intimidating. However I walked a short distance up it and stumbled upon Marmaris, a busy Turkish restaurant that was welcoming. I had an excellent Turkish meal. They don't serve alcohol and I fancied a glass of wine. I got talking to a local gent who was eating there and he recommended The Organ grinder pub just up the road. I felt very comfortable in there with a glass of wine and my book, which rounded off the evening nicely.
It was a little further away from the city centre than I expected, but I walked the distance in about 20 minutes with the help of Google maps.

What an excellent stay at this property! The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was huge and the bathroom was lovely too, with a large walk in shower. Also lovely was the tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom. I would 100% book here again for a work stay. It is approximately 15-20 minutes into town so while this isn’t a central location, for the price it is absolutely excellent.
At no fault to the property, it is in a slightly run down area with some litter/dog mess on the streets around it. I was only travelling for work so this was no issue to me, however it’s worth noting if you are travelling with young children etc.

Very clean and comfortable room with good facilities for budget traveller. A stylish conversion of an old interesting industrial building with loads of character. Very useful mini kitchen with facilities to warm up food and make hot drinks, and a medium small fridge to keep drinks and food cold. One USB charging point is available and other power sockets. There was free parking available in the adjacent street. Quite central and a short bus hop available into city centre. Great place to stay for a short city break to a lively and interesting City with plenty of attractions.
There could be more storage solutions, and more USB charging points.

Not too bad to be fair, clean and comfortable bed. No hot water to shower next morning and missing bedside tables etc but for what we paid we can’t really complain.
No hot water. Room smelly had to leave windows open. Missing furniture (could see where they had been) Only one mirror in bathroom. Microwave and kitchenette but no plates, bowls etc and 1 of each cutlery!

Trivelles is an old Mill converted into the hotel rooms, which gives an old rustic feeling to the building. The room was immaculate, very cosy and warm. There was a microwave, a fridge, and a safe, which was a nice little touch. There is lift access. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are restaurants, takeaways, and a Tesco express within a couple of minutes' walk. It costs roughly £9 to the city centre by taxi. Would highly recommend 👌🏼

Lovely building and room was nicely laid out and clean and tidy. Basic fittings. Big windows. Bed was as good as it needed to be. Sheets very clean and pillows and duvet seemed high quality.
Bathroom floor tiles cracked and felt like they were giving way under foot. Quite disconcerting. Everything else was fine, just minor gripes. No back on TV remote, desk had damage and chair was stained, otherwise very clean and a nice room overall. No onside parking, which I knew, but street parking in high demand for the area so I was lucky to find a spot a couple of streets away. Not ideal but as I mentioned, I knew this prior to booking.

Room was great staff at reception great
Lift not working 1st night wish I had been told as a blue badge holder I found it difficult having to walk up uneven stairs to 3rd floor would have reconsidered booking. Fixed next day thankfully also parking in the street almost impossible unless you have a blue badge and charge £10 to park which given the road situation seems like profiteering to me but apart from these niggles ,great place to stay

Everything to be honest for a three star hotel it’s really very good. The room was very clean. The shower was very clean. The toilet was very clean. The bed was comfortable and you get two pillows each which is very good. They also provide you with towels and a couple of body wash bottles, just in case if you forgotten to bring your own. The staff especially Anas was very accommodating very polite and respectful. Can’t complain at all. Will definitely be booking in the future
