Friendly staff and super dog friendly as well. Nice clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of space. We've stayed before because of them being dog friendly and will definitely stay again. Great options for breakfast, covering just about all tastes and pallettes!

Possibly a little more variety on the menu, but I guess they are aiming at travellers who only stay for 1 night before / after flying, so hence not needing a huge choice. However, we use is as a good hotel when visiting my in-laws and therefore stay multiple nights, so for us a bigger choice might be nice.

Stayed in a ground floor family room with two teens who are both wheelchair users. Room was huge, beds were comfy & there were extra pillows. Breakfast choice was excellent and good quality. Pancake machine wasn’t working so chef made fresh ones for us instead. All the staff were lovely & we left feeling well looked after. We didn’t have chance to use the leisure facilities but they looked very good and we will definitely return.

Quality of children’s pizza was a little poor and the food prices were on the high side. Would have liked fresh milk for tea/coffee in the room too

Booking wasn’t transferred from booking.com and only had one room recorded on system not two. Thankfully this wasn’t a problem as another room available. Early morning night staff thought I hadn’t paid for rooms so o had to explain problem and then show them my booking to prove I had paid. I was then charged twice for parking two cars. Apparently one was a holding fee for both but I thought I had paid when checking in. These fell off my pending quickly but I had to query this whilst on holiday so a little inconvenient no one explained this

Easy to find, good signage from the road. Staff were welcoming and really friendly. Room was spotless, bathroom was a little dated but still very clean. The real show stopper was the breakfast and lounge area. Gorgeous seating area and so much choice for breakfast. This hotel is fab for young ones as well as they even had a little play area close to the breakfast, a pancake machine and even a Lego box which my son loved. We only stayed for one night after a very late flight, but would definitely stay again.

Bathroom was a little dated. However it was all so clean so didn’t matter.

The staff were super friendly and loved our 2 spaniels we had with us. They made them as welcome as they did us. Super room, clean and comfy. Restaurant was excellent, great food and more friendly staff. Even set aside a dog friendly area for breakfast and evenings. Very quiet too, despite being a stones throw from East Midlands Airport. Will definitely be using them again when next visiting the in-laws.

Personally, the room was so big a king size or super king bed would have been the icing on the cake, but that's really being ultra picky! Otherwise, zero faults!

Room was lovely and clean and super comfy bed and bedding. Nice to have a bath and shower and big bath sheets rather than the tiny towels some hotels offer. Plenty of room and all the facilities we needed. Pool looked lovely although sadly we didn't get a chance to use it. Breakfast was good, had lots of choices and plenty of it. Staff were all really friendly and helpful at all times too.

Room was a long walk from reception but not the end of the world. Could have done with a proper full length mirror but again, not a drama really.

Staff were all friendly, helpful and smiley. Bed, pillows, etc, were comfy.

Our room,132, in need of an upgrade, furniture outdated. Restaurant very expensive for food served up. Breakfast buffet had a good choice but like most buffets hot food not hot enough. On our last morning some items had been placed beside wrong labels, possible allergen problems? 10% had been added to our food bill without our knowledge, reception staff removed it when queried. Thank you Olivia.

Amazing place, Quite, clean and everything on top level definitely recommend And for sure I have to tell about breakfast it was fabulous for sure. Everything prepared with focus on details, If anyone looking for great place to stay plus having chill at the pool and trying great breakfast choose this Hilton Hotel you will not get disappointed.

We loved the welcome our dog received - a goody bag on arrival, with treats, poop bags, a ball and tips on local walks (SO helpful). Also, they set aside an area where we could all breakfast together - usually, rules mean we have to do it in shifts! This was really appreciated by all of us. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The corporate 'Hilton' bedroom/bathroom decor is a bit tired and 1990s, but everything worked and it was clean and spacious. I don't like a fixed shower head in the bathroom. No fridge on the room.

Staff very nice, everyone clean, breakfast choices and bar area good.. Great location just off the M1. Would recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately on the Saturday the sauna, steam room and hot tub were all out of action in the afternoon around 5pm (19/04) only the pool was in use. But understand these things happen.
