The accommodation was brilliant. Nice, clean and well maintained. The reception staff was most accommodating. The evening meal I had was hot and most excellent. It was freshly cooked for me.

The breakfast was terrible. The plates were cold and when I served the food onto my plate by the time I walk back to the table to eat it, it was lukewarm. I passed my comments to the management and they were very dismissive of my complaint. They didn't even take my name or room number. I was booked for two nights. I did not stop the second night I found alternative accommodation and the breakfast. There was most excellent principally it was hot.

This has to be the best and most impressive Ibis hotel i have ever stayed at. Every part of the hotel is kept immaculately clean, even the outside and car park are kept clean. All the staff are super friendly and cant do enough to help. Meals and breakfast are freshly cooked each day . This place is a great find . The hotel owner leads by example and is presant and takes great pride in greeting you . Andreana and the team thank you all and keep doing what you doing as all the customers i spoke to whilst staying here all said the same thing, they too where very impressed with every thing .

Great stay. Really comfortable bed and nice bed linen. Pillows were great and there were spares. Air con worked really well. The blind was a blackout which helped me sleep and the window was perfect for blocking noise, considering the hotel is on a major junction I was not disturbed by traffic noise at all. Great shower and nice towels. Free tea and coffee downstairs.

Room was slightly small so would be a bit of a squeeze if you had lots of luggage and there was no wardrobe but for one or two nights I'd say it was pretty perfect.

Perhaps a little difficult to find with so many traffic lights & roundabouts & filters to consider or was I just tired? Reception excellent, most obliging & helpful. Room modern, pleasant with 3 beds. Double bed very comfortable & had a good night's sleep. Sheets crisp & clean. All lights, switches etc worked. Shower easy to use & very responsive controls. Towels large & good quality. Very quiet room & door shut very quietly. As a budget hotel no tea making facilities or tissues but unimportant to me. No where to hang clothes properly but not a problem for me. Breakfast standard fare, well presented, fresh, hot & everywhere spotlessly clean. Car parking only £3 for 24 hours - a bargain. Would I stay here again - definitely Yes.

2 star hotel ? Yes I supppse from a facilities point of view but trust me this was a very surprisingly good stay and I have had worst 4 star hotels than this. Staff superb from the cleaner to the reception and rooms spotless.

Its a budget hotel so has a mixture of tradesman to party people.....so I expect it is not quiet calm place at weekends. And while to me it's vastly better than the 2 star rating I'm also aware it has just been remodeled and as such is in very good condition, will I rave about it in 2 years ? I'm not sure but fair play to the team they have a great atmosphere and service was superb nonetheless.

Efficiently run budget hotel. Clean, considerate and comfortable. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, very friendly. You were made to feel like a very important guest. The mattresses were new and soft, and the pillows sumptuous, not what you’d expect in a budget hotel. Ample secure parking with security lights.

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room though you could make a drink doemstarirs for yourself.

The staff were very friendly, there was a very polite lady on reception who was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our arrival and had all the information we needed. We even mentioned we would like a beer and were made aware via email that the kitchens were out of use due to refurbishment, and she even offered to make us a drink there and then. Excellent reception, service and welcoming skills - Keep hold of this lady! There was also a young gentleman who served us our drinks when we came down later after finding our room, who was very helpful and friendly and even unlocked the patio for us so we could enjoy the sunshine and came and checked on us too, brilliant service skills - Keep hold of him too! The room went beyond our expectations too! Lovely clean room, big comfortable bed and hot shower. Exactly what we needed whilst travelling! But we were even more impressed to find the TV was Chrome Cast and how quick the Free WiFi was! Excellent extra services I was not expecting! Bonus points too for putting us into a room facing towards the Sunrise!! I loved waking up in a Sun Beam in the morning! Overall for a Budget Hotel and the very reasonable price I paid, I was beyond impressed. We agreed that although this was the cheapest hotel out of several we stayed at whilst travelling this week, it was the best!! Thank you to all!

The ONLY thing I didn't like was the lack of kitchen facilities - however I was made aware of this via email prior to the visit and it was not a problem to us this time because we were aware. In fact, I took advantage of the excuse and treated myself to a rare takeaway from KFC....so Thankyou and don't tell my Gym Instructor!!

The property was clean and tidy. Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and friendly they informed me of all the useful information, location of room, breakfast times and parking etc. My room was clean, comfortable and tidy. All the essentials for a one/two night stay with a good sized bathroom. Great ventilation and slept well. Breakfast staff again great and the breakfast was tasty, coffee or tea provided and a small extra for a costa coffee. Would return. The property is near a main road good soundproofing.

Ease of access, very clean, easy check in and check out. Complimentary tea and coffee. Hassle free room with basic necessities which were all fine. No frills but good value for money in a easy to access location. staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Car parking charge came as a surprise and didn't seem like it should have been applied - this should be free or made very clear at stage of booking that parking is an extra charge. Maybe also have some drinking water with the tea and coffee.

Excellent value for money. Clean, comfortable. Staff really helpful especially to my adult son with special needs. We were there on a Thursday and they even served food which was just great and bar open until midnight. Breakfast was really good. Garage next door for extra provisions. Would definitely choose again, perfect location to break up a long trip and fairly near the Space Centre.
