I loved everything about the property. A beautiful location, gorgeous private little garden. The room has a little fridge in, stocked with fresh fruit & milk - gorgeous little touch. Beautiful flowers in the room. Breakfast was amazing! I had the cooked one the first morning & the fruit platter the second. Plenty on the plate - it was divine. Wouldn’t worry if forgotten to take anything - there were chargers, toiletries, magazines, air con unit - I could go on! Just a perfect, gorgeous, hidden gem. The hosts were brill - felt like you had known them forever - made you feel more than welcome. It was just a perfect stay.

if you need a disconnect from urbanized bustling, hectic rush, stress and metropolitan noisiness, then this is your to-go place for sure: have breakfast outside in the garden patio, Horseback riding, a walk through Bradgate Park and an unforgettable meal at The Griffin Inn Swithland will make your stay memorable; yet if you have to work from remote Bybrook Barn also has a reliable Starlink-ed WiFi connection.

...as much as I tend to critisize, thanks to Hillary's endeavour to perfection there was not the slightest onset for complaints.

I had the best time staying at By Brook Barn. The place is super quaint and comfy—exactly what you’d hope for in a countryside B&B. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, perfect for a peaceful stay. The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. They really went out of their way to make sure I felt at home and had everything I needed. My room was cozy, clean, and had all the little touches. The . And breakfast was amazing fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day.

Breakfast amazing, Hilary cooked exactly what I wanted for breakfast and it was all very fresh. Hilary was a perfect host, made me feel very welcome, she told me where was good for evening meal (recommend the Griffin). I made use of the garden while i was there which was very relaxing. I also had a little spillage on the bed sheet which Hilary took care of without any hassle. Would highly recommend.

Not that it put me off as the place was gorgeous, but the there were a few cobwebs.

Fantastic place to stay, in a delightful rural setting. We had a separate garden room that gave privacy and a small outdoor space in which to relax. The room was decorated beautifully, had a table and sofa, and was very cosy. The room came with a few supplies/snacks, tea, coffee and hot chocolate and an unexpected bottle of Prosecco. The owner was very friendly and helpful (thanks for the iron!) and the breakfast was superb. Couldn’t have wishes for a nicer place to say.

I'd call this place: In the middle of Nowhere in their best imaginable sense: it's quiet, it's rural, it's dark / at night - no light pollution, it's clean, it's tastefully furnished in a provincial aesthetic, totally welcoming and appealing, and it has the lovliest garden to enjoy the breakfast outside and Hillary is such a nice person to talk to. contrasting my very first statement, it is maximum 20min drive to John Lewis Parking, Leicester City Center, so the best out of both worlds: country- and metropolitain-region's lifestyles!

... only thing ... it's a tad difficult to find, in case it's your first visit. Since it was my second stay at the Bybrook Barn Horse Ranch already it didn't bother me and have also found now the best place to eat out in the evenings nearby in Swithland: 'The Griffin Inn'_ it's an absolute recommendation: order the lamb! even if you tend to say I don't like lamb: This is going to convert your taste & mind and you will love lamb for all future times !

Bybrook Barn Bed and Breakfast is located in a lovely, tranquil spot surrounded by nature. Hilary adeptly welcomed us into her home warmly, whilst respecting our privacy. The Garden Room was a quirky, comfortable space with everything we needed for our stay. The full English breakfast taken in the beautiful garden's summerhouse was artistically presented, delicious and filling. We would definitely return next time we visit the area.

We loved our stay at Bybrook and decided to stay an extra night. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is exceptional. The hosts have a great deal of experience, and this shows when you have such a carefree break. Thank you, we loved every moment ❤️

Beautiful property, very relaxed environment. Clean rooms and en-suite. Hilary is the perfect host! Breakfast was good too.

The horses! Sadly I didn’t have a clue that they had horses on the property and the stables were right next door to my room. I am highly allergic, so good job I had my inhaler and EpiPen with me, otherwise I would have had a problem. Not sure if this is advertised, but I think it should be.
