I loved the location, as well as most of the amenities provided! Even though the outside of the street is quite noisy, when all of the windows are shut, you can't hear much at all. The kitchen is very nice too, and the full bath was amazing. We were upgraded to the two bedroom apartment.

Some of the locks and handles on the windows and door opening to the balcony were tricky and finicky, and one of them felt as if it was about to break. Also, there was no knives provided for cooking, and the kitchen scissors were broken.

The manager Mr J was very helpful, he called me since I arrived to UK, asked me when i will arrive so he can wait for me and help me with to check in and with the luggage. Also he offered me a car park and show me the place and gave me an idea about the City. He also called me during my stay many times to ask me if we need any help with anything around. At the checkout, it went smoothly and he refund me the deposit straight away before we leave UK. The location is great, the place is very nice.

Very responsive via WhatsApp and smooth check in. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Great water pressure and deep bath tub. Perfect position, walking distance from everywhere in the city centre.

Pillows were quite flat but this was quickly remedied. Car park is very tight so less stress with smaller car.

Very clean and well equipped. Staff were very attentive and dealt with a very minor issue very quickly. Central location, close to some fantastic places to eat and great transport links. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have a decent sized living space too.

The floors were really warm and, due to the location, opening windows meant it was quite noisy with traffic noise at night.

I would be more than happy to recommend any of the flats hosted by Jay. They are clean, warm, comfortable. Service is impeccable. Walking distance to town. The view is amazing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.Jay is simply amazing

The apartment is in a perfect location, close to everything. The apartment is very spacious and had everything you need. Everything was perfect. Jay and Shah were very friendly and available all the time if we needed anything. A highly recommended apartment for families.

Couple of little things when you look carefully that could do with a little touch up, but nothing that affected our stay.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Jays friendly let and always on hand go help out where needed. They have parking at a very good price for the city centre.

Very central but surprisingly quiet, a lovely safe space in a busy city with everything equipped and very comfortable, the check in and out was stress free & there was a manual for instructions of every appliance!
