Not a single white towel

My friends and I looked for the cheapest but good place to stay in Leicester. This guest house proved to be just that. Room had everything we needed, beds were clean and comfy and place was quiet and relaxing. There is a tesco and a chippy right next to the guest house which is very convenient.

Shared toilets and showers were not in the best shape and not really clean. Our triple bed room only had 2 towels.

On arrival we were greeted by the caretaker (Paul) who was very helpful & showed us everything we needed to know about the accommodation. He allowed us to stay another night for a discounted price. He tidied our rooms & washed our towels for us. Good selection of food and drinks available in the kitchen. Overall great stay & will return.

The facilities are good and well maintained. The house has everything we need and is very clean. The location is good with free road parking. Good for value, we stayed for a night.

The kitchen opens 9 am to 9pm, it's a bit late for breakfast, my kid was hungry but we can't use the kitchen to make simple breakfast at 8am.

Paul the caretaker was the star, polite, friendly and approachable. Bathrooms was clean, bedding was great.

Carpet had some prior guest hairs on it, but otherwise very clean. The location was fine, other than the local neighbors played rather loud music until gone 2am.

-Frendly staff -The rooms are brilliantly clean and well maintained, the owner of guest house treats you as real guest, thank for him. -Tidy, clean and comfortable bed and sheets, great shower facilities -Decent Wifi & TV -Location really easy to find, all groceries, restaurants nearby -The best among its peers. Don't waste your time.

Super welcoming staff, even though I shown up not long after booking, and also quite late, the one staff member and the person I spoke to on the phone were more than accommodating to my needs, thank you guys soo much 💕

Cheap and cheerful. Check in is via phone call and is without fuss. Rooms are big and clean, if a little dated. My room had a mini fridge which I decided not to use as was noisy, it wasn’t on when I got there and I was only staying a night.

I was told that check out was at 10:30 by the manager when I checked in on the phone, but I was woken up and pressured out of the room at 09:45 stating check out time of 10 by the cleaner in the morning. This was less than ideal as I had booked the room intending to have a late one, could have actually used a little longer, not shorter and was aiming to meet the 10:30 deadline.

Excellent guest house,. The manager was awesome and made the stay all the better. Took great care of us, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value for money.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and warm with big tv better than what I expected, The property caretaker Paul welcomed us with open arms and told us all we needed to know for our stay he was a top guy.
