Lovely hosts, very clean, pretty peaceful garden view, good breakfast. Really excellent value for money. It was fun walking down Narborough Road and then we came across a gem of an eaterie called Biryani Pedia and ate THE BEST BIRYANI. So, so good. Super nice staff. Also, very close to Aylestone Meadows which is an incredible patch of beautiful nature with not a human around. Really special and in the middle of the city. Lastly, went to The Black Horse pup - 5 mins walk away. Awesome put, fair prices, witty hang out.

From arrival, to Sunday breakfast and check-out, we felt comfortable and at home. It's a big yes from both of us. We really enjoyed some time away on our 34th wedding anniversary. Much appreciated.

One to watch, and this is often overlooked. Ventilation extractor needs an overdue spring clean. Other than that, great hosts, reasonable full English cooked breakfast, cereal, good choice of juices, toast, fresh fruit, pastries and yoghurt. All good, nothing we didn't like.

Peace and quiet had a very nice taxi from South fork guest house to the king power stadium and yes I will come again to you on night matches

erm I don't see why you can't do evinin meal for your paying customers.. I got a pot noodle from the costcutter on my way back, and then I thought I hadn't got a fork . But then I thought I had my mums in the car so I used that so .so for a bit of cookie knives/forks/spoons. And breakfast sausages look undercooked a little longer.i think bacon as well add mushrooms tomatoes .or if to much-loved waste in the morning breakfast, do yourself a breakfast form what people want in the mornings and what time

Very accomodating and helpful staff as Dabitha (I hope I got her name right) accomodated our very late check in (23:00) because we have to travel from Birmingham airport from a last flight arrival..despite that their last check in time is 20:30. She made a way to accomodate us..she's very pleasant and considerate. The food was typical breakfast, warm and nice buffet. Easy to find location along the street with good offstreet parking. Comfortable and clean place to stay. Thank you very much🙏🏻

Friendly, clean, comfortable. Easy, secure access. Breakfast available reasonably early, from 7.00. Checkout could not be easier. Sensibly priced.

Located on a busy main road, inevitably a bit noisy. Ear plugs recommended if you are a light sleeper. Curtains could be thicker, unfortunately one of the street lamps across the way was flickering visibly all night. Warm night, no air con, opening the window not an option.

The room was clean and all facilities worked and seemed well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, with good quality sheets. The breakfast was fresh and my boys enjoyed it. Car parking was easy access and right next to the property.

The road next to the accommodation is busy but the traffic noise did not stop me from sleeping. Decor throughout is basic but the property felt well cared for. Breakfast was basic but fresh, and included cooked bacon, sausage and scrambled egg, plus fresh fruit.

Staff stayed up late to allow us to check in as we’d travelled quite far, the beds were very comfortable, and the self service buffet breakfast was good, albeit (as you should expect from a small BnB) a little restricted compared to big hotel chains etc. Power sockets for charging gadgets overnight were plentiful, and despite being right next to a main road (which had us worried at first) it wasn’t too loud.

Honestly I can’t really think of anything serious. There was some road noise though it was a long way from being disruptive, but that’s about it.

The room and the bathroom were very clean and the breakfast was nice and plentiful. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and the shared bathroom was large and clean.

Maybe a little dated decor but apart from that it was a great place to stay, the main road at the front was heavy traffic most of the time but nothing could be done about that. but in the rooms at the back it was very quiet.

Hosts very friendly and exceptionally accommodating, respectful of your privacy, yet always available when requested. The guest house was extremely quiet, rooms very clean and comfortable, especially the beds. I have always struggled with sleeping for more than 4-5 hours a night, yet had the best nights sleep I've had in a long time- 8 hours last night! Says it all! Lovely bathrooms (I booked ensuite) very clean, the shower was lovely and hot. There are plenty of car parking spaces on-site. I liked this guest house so much I decided to book an extra couple of nights. Excellent value money, close to the city centre and Fosse Park shopping centre. There is also a small Tesco as part of Esso petrol station only 5 minutes walk away, which stocks everything you may require during your stay. I'd highly recommend South Fork Guest House to anybody interested in saying in Leicester.

There was nothing not to like about this guest house.

Very clean room with plenty of hot water and nice shower gel. Didn't get to breakfast so cannot comment . For a overnight stay it ticked all the boxes . Maybe would suggest that the curtain could be blackouts as they were very thin. Bed was very comfortable.

Maybe breakfast could be served till 9.30 as 8.30 is a bit early . In all fairness this is noted when booking .
