Location for football events . Pleasant staff Espesially at breakfast couldnt do enough .

Clearly used for housing booked in by local authority. Got to be careful now where book in and should say on the hotel description . However managed well . So didn’t see any issues that CAN come with that . I have seen at some chains where I didn’t even book in sheets hanging over balcony’s screaming kids police banging on doors lady’s of the night ect and I use a lot of hotels . Unfortunatley now some chains are a non starter. Never had a issue holiday inns

Breakfast: I was surprised the way I was talked to when I tried to toast more than once my toast. I was the toaster would be damaged if I tired to toast it more than once. Toasting is only once left the bread soggy and soft.She could just have said, let me slow down the heat and you can toast it better. clearly not a happy person. Room: all good Bed: comfortable

And I think there shoulda bit more choice. Parking: Its getting dark early now, switch on the lights early in the parking.

This will be our 3rd time at the hotel, staying for a leicester city game. FABULOUS location for this purpose. Staff are always super helpful, check in easy and hassle free. Got our requested room which was lovely and quiet with a stadium view. We didnt have breakfast this time, we just had coffee and juice but everything looked nice. We will always try to book again when we next come to a game. Highly recommended.

The room needs a little TLC, maybe a redec but everything is clean and comfortable.

The room was a good size. Friendly and efficient check in. Breakfast was good, and plenty of choice, to make a full English. Loved the pancake maker! Asked for the sofa bed to be made up, and it was. Tea and coffee in the room. A good location for Leicester City Centre, 10 mins drive out. View of the King Power, even though I'm a Derby fan!

The plumbing was noisy, and the air con wasn't working, which wasn't a problem, but could be in the summer!

Stayed here on the 9/5 for one night and left early leaving some items in the bedroom when I checked out, but the staff there were brilliant and boxed up the items and had them ready with labels when my shipping courier arrived. I am eternally grateful as my son had saved up a lot of his pocket money for one of the items. Great hotel, great staff, will definitely visit again. Thank you!!!

Nothing, the hotel was perfect for our need. It had a good set of rroms, very clean and tidy, plenty of parking and good food on site, so all round a great place to staty of a short while in Leicester

Friendly staff, very helpful

The air conditioning wasn't working throughout the building, but the staff offered us a fan, which was a nice touch. However, my room door did slam shut a couple of times because it wasn’t a soft-close door. While it wasn’t a room where children would typically stay, I can imagine how dangerous it could be if a child’s fingers got caught—definitely something to watch out for.

Apart from the fact that the air-conditioning wasn't working it was really lovely. Staff are so friendly, helpful, very lovely, they couldn't be more helpful. It's at the doorstep of The Kings Power Stadium. Very close to centre of town, train station, buses. The rooms are really clean. Car parking is free for guests. Overall very ideal. Great location.

Location, I've stayed here previously and all the other regular Holiday Inn Express facilities etc.

No Food available on the Monday whatsoever? The bar was supposed to be 24/7. This was confirmed on arrival. Yet it wasn't? Breakfast finished at 9.30am on the Tuesday morning. There was no bacon available from 9.10pm. When I asked the staff said they weren't doing anymore? Only one toilet roll in the room.

Reasonably convenient location for the Rugby stadium. Everything was very clean, confortable and the staff were very helpful. Really nice to have parking and a full breakfast included in the price, which is usually extra these days. And complementary current magazines of all interests! All in all exceptionally good for the price we paid on a match day.

The staff here were exceptional. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, this actually made a real difference to my stay in what is otherwise just another Holiday Inn Express!

The lack of dining facilities in the immediate locale, although this was my fault for not checking this in advance. I was able to order food in however upon the suggestion of the staff who were more than happy to provide cutlery etc.
