The staff and young boss was so very friendly and very helpful, if I had any questions they were willing to help. There is a bus stop outside the apartment very handy, and security has a very large dog like in Harry Potter, felt very safe.

That the kettle and little goodie and snacks wasn't there for the festival as before. The fridge wasn't in the room as before but the boss very strong and kind carried in a fridge for me. 👍🏾

The location was ideal, and the accommodation was even better than I expected. The room was comfortable and spacious, the bathroom had an actual bath and was much better than a typical en suite, and the fridge and microwave in the room made my whole weekend much easier being able to store and heat my own food. It was a really great room and well worth the price.

Remembering the door codes was a tad confusing, I had to keep my phone with me so I could re-check the message with the codes. The batteries in the NOW remote were low and I didn't bring any batteries of my own, so I had to keep swapping the batteries between the main TV remote and the NOW remote to watch TV. But those were only very minor inconveniences.

Location is good for us as it is halfway between Loughborough and Sutton Bonington. All we were looking for was somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep at night.

We were disturbed throughout the night by other guests, particularly those in the room above, moving about in a noisy fashion and constantly talking to each other. Also there was the noise of a fan. Although we did get to sleep we kept being woken up. We would return hoping that the others will not. There was a tray in the room with coffee, tea etc but only one cup. As it happened, we did not need a drink so it did not affect us.

The room was good and included almost everything we needed as well as free parking. Somebody came over to make sure we were able to access our room OK. We were able to book on the same day and contactless check in was available. The room had good facilities including a wardrobe, desk, kettle and fridge. There isn't much around the hotel, but a few pubs in walking distance that serve food until 9pm.

There was an issue where my info got mixed up with a different guest meaning I didn't receive my payment link or check in details. I was called asking why I hadn't paid when I had never received the link and then after realising I didn't have the details it took much difficulty and many phone calls and talking to many different people to actually gain the correct info. We ended up having to wait outside in the car park for quite some time, eventually giving up and going to the pub for a while until we could access the room. We had booked the hotel in the morning so we didn't expect that this would be an issue when arriving in the evening.

Hi Guys, I know everyone of us has different expectations but don’t forget, the hotel is closer to Guests House than hotel is. This place is perfect for me. If You want to pay twice more for hotel standards than you can pay if You want. I could cook for myself, I could wash and dry my clothes, I could do what i wanted to do. I’ve checked negative opinions and man who gave them just one star, he gave poor review almost every place he stayed. :-)))

Having stayed in a lot of air BnB’s and Travelodges, this one was the best. I booked a studio room with private bathroom, but I wasn’t expecting a microwave and fridge, so this was a great surprise! The double bed was comfy and I’ve been very happy staying here. Just wish I had heard of this facility earlier! Highly recommend and good value for money.

Sent instructions on how to enter online and an easy process. Plenty of parking. Streaming TV was good. Nice sized room, comfortable bed and a chair and table, work surface was nice. Everything that you needed in the bathroom. Fridge in room is a real bonus. Shared kitchen though I never saw anyone else there when using the microwave. It was super clean throughout.

No toilet paper, luckily I always carry one with me.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was great, similar to a mini wetroom and it also had a fantastic double shower. The beds were nice and there was also a fridge in the room which was a really good bonus. A shared kitchen with cooking facilities and utensils was also available for use. The staff were super friendly, welcoming us on arrival and showing us around and always happy to help. A great place to stay which I cannot fault. Highly recommended.

For a basic priced motel I didn’t expect much but it was excellent. Clean, comfortable and even though I arrived late a kind staff member met me and showed me how self entry worked and where my room was. Even took the time to show me how to use tv.

Room position. My window was ground floor front and faced car park so I had to keep my curtains closed or partially closed.

Price and location near Loughborough. Comfortable and spacious with a nice bathroom. Downstairs communal kitchen well equipped with a decent coffee machine. Good parking available.

Only one minor issue. It was a very warm night but sleeping with the windows open was difficult because of road noise.
