The staff were very helpful and polite. All my requests were fulfilled and the staff made us feel at ease. The rooms were good sizes and we were quite happy with the set up. I was also pleased to see that stations had been set up to serve lemon infused iced water. This was really refreshing as the days did get quite warm.

The Sauna and steam room were a slight let down as the steam room wasn't working and the Sauna was very cold on the first day. On the second day the steam room was working but the Sauna was too hot, and multiple guests complained about this. Another issue we has was with the price of room service. Since there are no restaurants close by, the food prices at the hotel were extortionately high and the tray charge seemed a bit steep.

Breakfast - excellent options for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian. Possibly the best breakfast spread I've seen anywhere on my travels. I personally recommend the jam filled Vegan Croissants, freshly baked and worth the 20min wait. Room - it's worth the upgrade to a superior room anywheres in the hotel except maybe an upgrade to a runway view which I don’t think is worth it. Dinner - excellent choice of options for Gf, Vegan and Vegetarian, I had the spicy bean burger (Vg), the first night. Exotic mushroom gnocchi (Vg) the second night, Vegan pizza the 3rd night. However due to difficulties with deliveries they didn't always have some items on the menu. Spa Treatment - booked a back, neck and shoulder massage with Penny which was very good.

Bar prices were on the high side. I think higher than those of a similar hotel say in Nottingham, however I didn’t compare with other Airport hotels in the area.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful when we arrived. We immediately were offered a free upgrade on our room which was a lovely surprise. The room was fantastic with everything we needed, clean and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of choice. I was a bit worried about noise being so close to the airport but the rooms are very well sound proofed you can hardly hear the planes at all!

Sometimes the computers at the check in desk were very slow so it took a lot of time to do simple things like check in and book breakfast. The staff were so lovely and polite and dealt with it professionally though!

The room was very nice, the bar area was good, and it was not too bad on the price at the bar, especially for an airport hotel.

The only thing I could fault is £6 for parking per night stay. To me, this should be in with your stay price, seems excessive, to say the least.

The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean! The bed was very comfy and the shower quite powerful and plenty of hot water. The swimming pool was great, all very clean, and lovely & warm! We would recommend and stay again! Our little boy also loved watching the planes landing!

One of the lifts were broken and the other was very intermittent. But management were trying there best to get it fixed! The room was very warm, with the temp set low. It just didn’t seem to cool the room down. The pool area was very clean but the changing rooms could do with a spruce up. Not dirty at all, but they’ve seen better days.

From check in to check out the stay at this hotel was perfect, Matt on reception was amazing, checked in early so we could use the pool facilites, such a lovely gent to talk to as well.. the room was of a very standard and water in the fridge was a lovely touch.. Breakfast was out of this world, such a selection to cater everyone and fresh cooked extra if you wanted.. elissa and katheryn ( hope i spelt them right ) we're very good and again very friendly to look after us. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel even for the staff alone. Raddison you have some gems working for you..

The staff were exceptional—helpful, friendly, and laid-back. The room was clean, the shower was great, and the bed was really comfortable. Room service was fast and available 24/7, which was super convenient. There's a large car park, plus a swimming pool and gym, so everything I needed was on hand with excellent service throughout. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant or bar, but it looked like everyone there was enjoying themselves.

The heating in my room wasn’t working, so it was quite cold, but since I prefer a cooler temperature, it didn’t bother me much—except right after a shower. One issue, which is common in many hotels in the UK, is that the windows don’t open at all. I really appreciate having some fresh air in the bedroom, and it’s frustrating to rely solely on recycled air. Aside from these points, the hotel was otherwise fantastic!

The hotel is excellent. The room was very modern and a good size. Large comfortable bed. The food was extremely tastefull if a little expensive. The staff were really friendly and helpfull. Nice swimming pool with warmish water just right. We will almost certainly stay there again.

The car parking was disgraceful ! Parking bays are barely marked, perhaps the management think white bay marking would spoil the appearance but the result was that many cars were occupying a far larger space than necessary so the overall carpark capacity was reduced by maybe 20-30% or more. Saturday night was total chaos, cars squeezed in everywhere, on the pavement, in the grass, double parked. I mentioned it to the staff who were genuinely appologetic and explained it was a one off because the start of the school holidays which is always busy had clashed with a race meeting at near by Donnington Park. They assured me that they would always be able to find customers somewhere to park so as it is a good hotel I'll take them at their word and visit again.

The overall experience was excellent, all of the staff couldn't have been more helpful, the room was great and the breakfast was delicious. One of my co-workers has severe allergies and she was so impressed by how the staff looked after her and managed this; she said for the first time when eating out, she felt at ease.

The only negative, otherwise the overall rating would have been 'Excellent' was the evening meal. I would go as far as to say the food was shameful. My colleagues and I had a range of different meals and they were all tragic. It's one of the worst chicken burgers I have ever had (and I don't say that lightly). It was cheap chicken, a tiny amount of lettuce, a dry basic burger bun and next to no sauce. It was a massive shame as the evening meals did not match the overall experience. Serious work needs to be done here as you have a captured market, charging a premium but incredibly basic food. I would rather you put another £1.50 on the price and bring it up to the standard of the breakfast!

Room was in a very quiet location as per my preferences which was fantastic. Comfortable, clean, and modern. I'm very pleased that you have solid concrete floors so I can't hear creaking as people move around, or voices from the rooms below. I do love a quiet hotel, and this is a very good example - especially since it's right next to an airport!

Restaurant was rather expensive. Good food, but pricey. Also, £7 for a pint of John Smiths?! Maybe I'm getting old, but we're not in London chaps!
