Lovely apartments, which were well furnished and a good size. Dog-friendly with a dog welcome pack with biscuits, poo bags and a ball. Private parking available, which you pre-book and pay for on the day. The receptionists were both lovely and very helpful and added our dog to the photo wall.

I would suggest you add instructions that you need to go to reception and check-in first to be able to access the parking, as I wasn't aware of this, so I went to the garage first but it was closed and there was no buzzer, so I had to drive all around to the front, temporarily park on the street and check-in before returning to the garage. Perhaps there's an easier way to do this - maybe have a buzzer at the garage and ask people for the details so they can park and then head up to reception. I would also suggest adding a dog bin at the front of the building so your customers can put the poo bags in after a walk, as you're dog friendly and there's a clear lack of dog bins in Nottingham which is surprising.

Apartment had everything we needed for our 2 night stay but easily would have been perfect for an extended stay as well. Loved the modern small kitchen and living area and separate bedroom. Beautiful large windows opened up on the town and beautiful tree. Apartment was very clean. Easy walk to eating places but situated in a quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood. Check in staff are super friendly and helpful!

The hallway and entry floors (outside the apartment) and worn out and could use a cleaning. For our purpose of visiting Univ. Of Nottingham main campus we did take Uber for the 3 of us each time we went there. So a little bit further away for that purpose. But, we knew this before we booked the space. Still enjoyed coming back to our apartment every day! :)

As we had to book in late after reception was closed we spoke to a lady on the phone, we spoke to her several times , she couldn’t do enough to help she was absolutely brilliant and every time I had to phone she never got fed up of me and she was just a joy to speak too , everything was done as she said , she was clear and precise and covered all eventualities, very Good at her job which nowadays is very very unusual. The apartment was Beautiful, everything you needed and more , with that homely feeling comfortable and cosy unlike hotel rooms which can sometimes seem cold and square, if you know what I mean , they all look very alike. So when we arrived at the apartment, with secure parking and easy access to the building with all our luggage , we were really Happy , it was warm and welcoming and such Good value as I was on a girls trip with my Two friends ,so we were amazed at what we paid as we split the bill , for what we got, we will definitely be using SOCA again, the location is Fantastic literally a 5 minute walk into the town centre , the walk from the apartment was safe and clean , no dark walk ways lots of lights and peaceful . The morning after our stay in Nottingham we met Laurie one of the Staff , she was so helpful, friendly and bubbly a complete joy to be around, we couldn’t have asked for a better person , honestly she is an asset to your company and because of her whenever we travel we will be using SACO wherever we go and our friends and family will. She really does stand out ,professional and polite, she goes above and beyond to help the guest and make sure you are Happy with your stay , all three of us remember her and we’d like to Thank her for everything and thank the lady on the phone unfortunately I can’t remember the ladies name, we called 07736 269649, our stay was on the 10th December 2024 , SACO Nottingham, we called at 5.30pm all the way up to our arrival at 7.30pm , she will probably remember us as we spoke so many times.

The 2 bedroom apartment was extremely spacious and clean. There are two bathrooms which was perfect for us as 4 female friends. The apartment was warm which was appreciated on a cold February day/night. The reception staff David and Millie, were extremely friendly and helpful going out of there way to answer our questions and provide recommendations for eating. There was secure parking for our friend who traveled by car. Beds were comfy, toiletries provided smelt lovely, fresh milk in the fridge. Good location for walking into the city but on a relatively quiet street so little traffic noise.

Nothing, all was great and I will be booking again

The apartment was very spacious. The view was wonderful. I loved the window treatments. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was a very good size.

The door lock should have been more secure. The door chain was broken. There was not enough light coming from the recessed lights in the kitchen area. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all. There was no air conditioning but luckily it was cool enough that we didn't need it. The elevator broke down.

We were upgraded free of charge to a two bed apartment, this was amazing as we were travelling a long way to come to Nottingham. It meant we didn't have to negotiate the sofa bed! Fittings and furnishings to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean. Good central location. Tea, coffee and two types of milk provided. Fan, iron, airers etc all available, would definitely stay here again, for a longer stay next time. Very quick response to email questions. Paid parking space available on request (under the building), which we did for ease and to be sure of a space after travelling for that long. There were spaces on the road though, and we were advised about the costs etc.

We loved the layout of the two apartments we rented, especially the 2 bed one. The well-designed spaces had all the facilities needed, were clean and modern and we all agreed much better than hotel rooms. A great location with secure parking was a bonus. Very impressed with SACO and their very professional and helpful staff.

It is hard to find anything we did not like about our apartments. The only one downside was that the people in the other apartment on our floor came back very late and were very noisy especially closing the doors. We realized this was nothing to do with the management and probably nothing that can be changed as the doors were obviously essential fire doors, but it did wake us all up,

Once we got orientated to the location it was great. Easy walking (a few hills) to centre of Nottingham, the Castle and the canals/river. Lots of pubs, restaurants and things to do. We ate in most nights as there was a kitchen. We also used the washer/dryer which was very useful, once we worked out how to use it. We went to the Castle, but was a bit disappointed that there's not much of the castle left. We did go on a weekend and there was a medieval festival and we learned a lot about Robin Hood. We also did the Robin Hood tour which was excellent. We visited the caves and also the Justice Museum, which were both a great way to spend a rainy day.

The shower was very hard to regulate and did not have much water pressure, but we managed with it.

very clean, friendly staff and a decent size

didn’t love that our ground floor apartment was below street level (could see knees and below of people walking past, which there was a lot of!) especially as the ground floor was not pictured or mentioned on the booking. also made it feel quite unsafe having the windows open at night as someone walking past could easily just pull them open further, especially considering one of the bedroom windows didn’t actually lock in place when you pushed it open. also we found it quite surprising to have 2 tvs with only the option for freeview and no ability to use streaming services.

We stayed a couple of days with my daughter. Good location, very quiet and pretty neighbourhood. Bonnie and David at reception were very helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, light and colourfully decorated, kitchen very complete, with washing machine and dishwasher. They leave a hamper with tea, coffee, biscuits, and washing tablets which was great. Check in and check out were fast and easy.

We had some issues with the heating, and as it was winter it was a bit of a problem, and couldn't solve it properly. At check out David was very kind and gave us a bottle of wine as an apologies. The TV is old, no Netflix, it would have been nice as in winter it was dark by 5 pm so we were back early...
