Sport camp room is clean and spacious (price/value is ok). Spa was as expected (been there before). It appears celan and the pools and different water massages work. Buffet breakfast was good.

We booked dinner at the á-la-carte restaurant. About four hours before the time. We arrived to the table well on time, just before the official time. The Staff was friendly, but no one warned us about possible delays in the kitchen. We managed to get the orders in about fifteen minutes, but despite a very simple order (two pizzas), we had to to wait one hour and fifteen minutes for the food. While sitting at the table, we heard every one else complaining about 1-3 hours delay in the food. If the kitchen is understaffed, then customers should be informed about this to allow to choose e.g. the buffet instead.

Value for money, simple hostel style but can use the spa and enjoy the breakfast

It was really hot that day, the room without possibility to open the window was hot and stuffy, but it was exceptional hot days. We had a fan which ran the whole night

I love the trees surrounding the properties but if it has not much purpose, doing without them gives excellent scenery to those staying at the property. It’ll definitely bump up the ratings to the place

The bacon was not that good during breakfast-dry, rubbery and not tasty.

Affordable, nice nature setting, big regular breakfast buffet. We stayed one night in the sports camp in our tour de Saimaa bicycle tour. The room price includes the spa, and we were told we could store our bicycles indoors overnight. There is a sink in the room.

The twin room was extremely hot with no A/C. There was a fan which helped only a little and one small window could be opened. The room is next to a common area and has a row of high windows to that space. The common space has bright hospital lights that work with motion detection. Hence, anytime someone moved in the common area during the night, the bright lights shone also into our room, waking us up. Those windows should really be covered somehow. The beds are very soft. The dormitories were habited by a large group of teenagers creating a lot of noise and smell during the evening and morning. They were quiet during the night though as they had a 7am wake up call, which they did by heavily banging each other's doors. I would not really recommend this accommodation for adults, more suited indeed for youngsters.

Nice breakfast and food. Little bit busy there. Spa and swim was great.

Room was small and with little children not that nice. But worst was that their is no fresh air coming and only one ventilator which has not same effect. So it was way too warm in the room.
