Great stay. Advertised pictures matched what we got. Great location, Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and modern and the bed linen was clean and good quality.

The breakfast was expensive for what was on offer and would have been nice to have it included in the price. It would be a good idea to explain where the allocated parking is as it is not at the hotel. Maybe a fridge in the room would be of great use to guests

Location is superb in the middle of the town. Parking is on the road about 200m away if you want it free. At certain times the roads are closed to traffic so you have to carry your luggage (this doesn’t apply in the mornings). The Wi-Fi works and the staff are very helpful - that is why we have returned four times. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Our room this time had an internal courtyard view that wasn’t the best but we were only there to sleep!

The staff at check in were so friendly and helpful, made a fuss of our little dog and gave us some pointers of where to go in the town. The room was basic but very clean and comfy, we especially appreciated the ceiling fan as it was so hot. The room was quiet and we slept really well. The shower was a little old fashioned but it was hot and had good pressure, so was still nice. Location was excellent and just a few minutes walk from town.

Everything was really lovely except the car park which was a nightmare to find, and was incredibly difficult to get into - the basement garage is very tight and we struggled to get our fairly small car (a Ford focus) around it. It was so stressful to park that this would put us off staying here again if we were driving, even though the hotel was fantastic.

Not applicable , to comment on breakfast. We parked 5min from the hotel , without a problem , no charge , the hotel was very clean , for a one star it was very good . Our dog was made welcome . Close to all restaurants and bars , and places of interest.

The noise from the bar below , closing shutters around 2am , no hairdryer in the room , we were on the top floor which would be difficult for some , for us it was OK

The lady on reception was a gorgeous person. I don’t speak Spanish and she helped me with the room access and breakfast times. A super stay. Loved it

Perhaps the advert of motorcycle parking could have been better advertised as I only saw this at reception, but this is not a negative… just a point that would have helped me. 😎

Reception were a 10, Pets welcome, clean.

Beds were very poor and tired and room sparse. 8 out of 10travellers from outside of Spain will speak basic or good English yet TV only offer Spanish when an App could deliver English speaking channels at little cost ??

Breakfast was basic. Coffee, cereal, donuts and croissants.

We would have liked a fridge in the room. We had bought many items at the store and would have liken to have a fridge to put them in. However the hotel did allow us to put them in there fridge overnight.

Stayed here before, so, happy to return. In the middle of the town surrounded by bars and restaurants. Staff and wi-fi very good. You have to be prepared to walk 100m or so from the parking with your bags but this applies to most hotels in Jaca.

Receptionist very kind to my dogs giving them water and treats. She ensured that there was avocado and tomato and oat milk provided for me at breakfast and the waitress was expecting me at breakfast and gave me the promised and delicious breakfast.

Location is excellent, a very short walk from the Castle and shops / bars etc. Have stayed before and will stay again.
