This was my first time at the Red Sea – and staying at Bratus Hotel made it truly unforgettable. I was traveling alone, but I never felt alone. The entire team was incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. From day one, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed – taxis, recommendations, daily plans, even small surprises in my room. Everything was thoughtful and done with heart. The hotel is super clean, modern, and perfectly located in the city center. The breakfast was authentic and delicious, and the sauna, steam room, and gym were a real bonus – clean, relaxing, and well-equipped. A special thank you to the reception team, especially Sabah, who was always smiling, always present, and truly made me feel at home. If you’re coming to Aqaba – don’t think twice. This is where you should stay.

I booked this hotel as it advertised a fitness centre - which was not open. Whilst I was disappointed this did not affect my stay as the service more than made up for it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bratus Hotel, largely thanks to the incredible staff. They were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs - even arranging for two rooms to be close together, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. The hotel itself is elegant and beautifully designed, with a stylish interior that felt both classy and comfortable. While the amenities were somewhat limited, the location more than made up for it, just a short walk to the heart of Aqaba and a quick drive to the beach and Ayla. We would honestly return to this hotel based on the staff alone. Their warmth and hospitality truly made our experience special. Can’t wait to come back!

We had the best stay of our vacation in Jordan at the Bratus Hotel! Very clean, outstanding service, big breakfast buffet and it was the first hotel with high quality materials everywhere (furniture etc.) The Design is so Beautiful - we felt so comfortable! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They gave us many advice for restaurants and activities! We would always come back!

Only Minor Things: We love breakfast with fresh fruit and fresh juices - unfortunately the fruits were from a can. I was positively surprised that they had porridge- but unfortunately there was too much sugar inside, so I couldn’t eat it. A luxury aspect would be to have a pool 😍 that would be amazing!

Due to my job I travel a lot, mostly to decent 4 and 5 stars hotels. In terms of interior design Bratus is hands down my all time favourite. It’s absolutely stunning, after moving in I spent good 15’ just taking pictures of the suite;D We got windows on two different sides of the building, both facing mountains, views ware nice. The day we moved in we got plate of fruits delivered to our room as a welcome gift. Little, but worth pointing out thing is… background music. In the hallways, elevators you could hear some nice violin and piano pieces (Godfather theme among others). This apply also to the gym, which is was really a relief compared to more standard stuff played in such places. Reception staff was very helpful, they arranged shuttle bus to local private beach for us and advised on restaurants in the city.

Well, breakfast was… correct let’s say. I mean, it was fine, but compared to how rest of the hotel looks it seemed almost like an afterthought, this applies mostly to eating area and way the buffet was arranged, food quality was good. My wife, who is proper coffee snob, just couldn’t stand the fact that there was no coffee machine, just a jug. You could order latte or espresso but with extra charge. Ok, that’s acceptable solution in some cases, but really it just doesn’t much the general quality of this hotel, they should improve on it. In their defence - I talked about that in the reception and it seems that hotel is not 100% finished - f.e. rooftop restaurant is not ready to use yet, and breakfast facilities are just temporary. I hope they gone fix it soon

I have stayed in many hotels but none of them have come close to delivering the service that the staff at Bratus did, it was nothing short of exceptional. All of the staff were professional, attentive and kind. The rooms themselves were spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated, they had clearly thought of everything. Also, I must give a special mention to Saba, she arranged for a doctor to attend when I was very sick, helped translate and was so unbelievably kind and compassionate and I couldn’t be more grateful that she was there; she is truly an asset to Bratus. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I find myself in Aqaba.

Amazing place with ultra luxury standards and wonderful comfort levels with unique designs all over the hotel. The menu is more than delicious along with it being organic. The staff is soo hospitable. I recommend this hotel for any business travel and corporate visits.

Bratus is nothing short of being delightful and blissful. Bratus is a boutique hotel and is pretty much in downtown Aqaba. The hotel room is outstanding and comes with a small balcony. The view is just amazing from the hotel. You can literally walk to downtown and access all the restaurants and other high streets from Bratus. Front desk staff is very bright and very alive to guest requests. They speak fluent English and are there to help you and guide you with restaraunt recommendations, sightseeing attractions and more!! Check-in was super fast and check-out was equally stress free. The Hotel is world-class and is geared for meeting all a guests expectations. I stayed there just one night but I wish I had more time in Aqaba. It is a great down to explore and walk around quaint lanes and discover . Bratus Hotel was extremely comfortable and what I required before heading to the austerities of Wadi Rum dessert. The breakfast was elaborate and Bernie handles your every request with dedication and with a huge smile on her face. Bratus Hotel is a real treat!
