I would give the bed a 12! It was like sleeping on a cloud. The room, and the whole facility, was exceptionally clean. The facility honored my request for all bedding to be newly laundered and no perfumes in the room due to my allergies and I had not one sneeze or wheeze while there. The room appeared to be recently remodeled and everything was in good repair. There were plenty of outlets and USB connections. The tea and coffee supplied in the room was of very good quality. The breakfast was much more diverse (and yummy!) than I expected. There was also coffee and tea available 24/7 in the dining room.

I would have liked to have seen a Keurig in the room, but that's just my personal preference.

Very decent complimentary meal was available each day. Self-serve coffee and tea was available 24/7. Room had a clean, fresh feel. Fitness room and pool were nice amenities but we didn’t have a chance to utilize.

Room was quiet for the most part, although a heavy walker’s footfalls could occasionally be heard coming from above.

The bed was really comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Staff was attentive and accommodating. The included breakfast was quite good--especially the oatmeal bar with 8 different topping choices. We've stayed here before when visiting relatives in Beaverton. The location is close to their house, and just about 15 min from downtown Portland.

One thing that would make breakfast better would be to add some gluten free baked goods, and some non-dairy yogurt. And maybe some brown sugar for the oatmeal bar.

The gym was well maintained, and complete, I told the desk manager that based on other properties this gym was a 10.

The Bonvoy interface and pricing need to be synced to your best pricing, I thought I was booking through Bonvoy and in reality it was a third party. That happens when your cost is 75.00 higher and I need to sharpen the number…you need to work on that since I am trying to use the program

The staff were very friendly, and the room and facilities were clean and super convenient. Loved the pool, and the internet TV. The windows having curtains and a decorative privacy shade was a wonderful addition! The shower was very large, no bathtub but that didn't bother me.

The room was advertised as "sound proof" but I woke up around 6 a.m. to someone stomping around above us, and I could still hear our neighbors coughing or sneezing. Definitely better than a lot of other hotels I've stayed in, but "sound proof" is a bit of a stretch.

Easy location to get to and just slightly off the beaten path. The hotel was very clean, the staff and help were very pleasant. It has a wonderful breakfast selection as well.

The pool was very cold, we tried to swim but could only last about 10 minutes before getting too cold. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

It was convenient to highway, shopping and restaurants. We stayed on way home, just to break up the drive. Location was good, staff were helpful and breakfast was good.

There are some homeless located near property, wasn't sure our vehicle was safe with most of luggage still in car. Never saw any security patrol, but everything was good to go next morning.

The breakfast was nice with porridge and fruits. However some vegetables would be wonderful.

The Hotel is too close to the highway unfortunately and there was a constant noise.

I slept through every breakfast. Great location off hwy. Close to food and gas. Will stay here every trip.

All was beautiful. Maybe, be able to open windows more. Maybe more outdoor tables.

Beautiful setting. You would not know you were just off the freeway and a busy road. Lots of trees and landscaping. Hotel was nicely appointed and clean. Breakfast had satisfactory choices. Nice patio for eating, as well. Very convenient to area businesses and freeway to downtown. Very enjoyable for a longer stay.

We had two stays during our trip to Portland with a trip to the coast between them. We were charged $40 and $50 fees for internet each time. I refused to pay for it. I noticed the charges on our printed receipt. If I had not asked for the printed receipt, I would most likely have missed the charges.
